With the premise of the story, Luz naturally goes from being a Noceda to a Clawthorne.
Patch, the leader of the demon hunters, is called Eyepatch here while Piniet is known as Penlit or Pinlit.
Several canon characters initially Named by the Adaptation before their canon names were confirmed fall into this:
Prof. Herbert Blanc (teacher of the Abomination track at Hexside) was named long before his canon name, Prof. Hermonculus, was revealed. However, as a Mythology Gag he uses his canon name as an alias during an attempt to get his job at Hexside back.
Willow's fathers' canon names were confirmed to be Gilbert and Harvey; here, they're known as Sullivan "Sully" and Gilbert, respectively.
The coven heads who weren't named before Chapter 61 were named here just before their names were actually confirmed, so the authors combined them with their canon names. Mason and Vitimir (the Construction and Potion heads) become Ulrich Hammers and Weevil Breathton with their canon names being their middle names (although Vitimir would later be known by a Middle Name Basis). Darius on the other hand retains the chosen last name Nightshade instead of his canon surname, Deamonne (it's later stated that a scandal led to the Nightshades renaming themselves from Deamonne).
Caleb Wittebane is instead named William Clawthorne, though there is still a character named Caleb. It ends up being double subverted when it turns out Caleb forgot his name when he came to the Demon Realm and was renamed William by his adoptive parents.
After declaring herself nameless, Amity no longer goes by "Blight". Briefly having Only One Name, she would eventually take "Goodfellow" as her new surname, in honor of Puck for his sacrifice at the end of Book 1.
Gravesfield has been renamed Gatesfield after the Gates family, who run the town in this universe.
Anne and Marcy both took the names of the Amphibians who raised them in addition to their actual names, so they're known as Anne Boonchuy-Plantar and Marcy Wu-Leviathan respectively.
Basilisk #3 (the red-headed mauve one) and #4 (the sandy-brunette tan one) are named Number One and Number Three here.
