Story Achievements
- No Time To Live: Survive the Nightmares level and escape.
- Mechanical Instinct: Survive the Toys level and escape.
- Two Evil Eyes: Survive the Cursed level and escape.
- Unfixable: Complete the Funtimes level.
- Below The Surface: Complete the Lost Media level and escape.
- Salvaged Rage: Survive the Back Alley level and escape.
- Replaced: Complete the Story Mode.
In-Game Achievements
- BOOP!: Find all the Fredbear plushies and press their noses.
- Almost In Time: Make Toy Chica open the locker where you are hiding.
- Only Two Brain Cells: Die electrocuted by Tesla coils.
- Hit & Run: Stun Ennard using a pallet.
- Lord of Stamina: Make Ennard follow you for 40 seconds.
- Headache: Get killed by all the animatronics.
Other Achievements
- Scopaesthesia: See Vanny in any of the rooms.
- Lorekeeper: Find all the pieces of the story hidden in the attraction.
- The Burrow: Find Vanny's secret room.
- More Than Science: Find and play the tape.
- The Full Experience: Complete all achievements.
