Lilo I is the last descendant of the Dark Elder vampire clans with the power of Bloodline, the special power that turns humans into other Royal Vampires. Humans can easily gain such powers by [[DealWithTheDevil writing an envelope with three large 6's and final wish inside.]] But it's important to not abuse them or otherwise the deal is off and the dealers would be eaten instead. They are hunted by the ChurchMilitant organization known as the Holy Land (圣地 or "Shengdi").

Three years ago, Lilo had a dream of living a human life one birthday after living for nearly 500 years and her father hoped to make such a thing happen. [[DangerousSixteenthBirthday Too bad such a dream is becoming hard to realize,]] especially when the Holy Land intervene and Last disappears along with her friends and servants.

Cue the present day, Lilo wanders alone with her companions missing. She encounters the young vampire hunter wannabe Ren and CuteGhostGirl Rae, who suffer a fatal encounter with the Holy Land forces. Lilo saves and recruits Ren as a Royal Vampire, who joins him in an effort to see his older sister again. Tired of running and determined to find her father and her place in society, she and her new allies take the fight to the Holy Land.

'''Troper Disclosure:''' All of the works are in Chinese. Tropes may be missing or inaccurate.

!!Tropes include:

* AboveGoodAndEvil: The main reason why Dark Tower is considered neutral territory to both the Holy Land and demonic forces.
%%* CallingYourAttacks
* CoolAirship: The Holy Land has massive flying airships with its logos and Bible quotes written on the sides.
* CrapsackWorld: Being the last of your kind with soldiers from the Church, who could be anyone like your classmates, trying to kill you would surely put you in this trope. [[AWorldHalfFull At least you have some human and non-human friends though, and not all hope is lost.]]
* [[DangerousSixteenthBirthday Dangerous 500-Year Birthday]]: A birthday wish of living a normal life is hard to come true.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Last and Lilo don't use their Bloodline trait to turn people into vampires who want it for granted.
* {{Fanservice}}: Along with many other characters not found in the series, Holy Land warriors end up getting more {{Stripperiffic}} outfits in the app game.
%%* GratuitousEnglish:
%%* LightIsNotGood: In fact, the Holy Land is crazy.
* MagicKnight: Many characters from vampires to the Holy Land.
* MeaningfulName: Several Holy Land nuns have names pronounced like their given numbers (I.e. Ling Can is 03, Ling Er is #02, etc.)
* MythologyGag: Otaki / Long Wei shares the same name and character design as that from [[Manhua/InfinityGame another one of Ai Ou's works]].
* OurVampiresAreDifferent: They follow most stereotypes about vampires in regards to weaknesses. But the only big difference is that they're not actually evil. In this series, the [[KnightTemplar Holy Land]] are the real villains.
* PowerLimiter: Pep has cuffs to keep him from using his Psyblade.
* ProductPlacement: A number of products in real life are found in the series. Even 03 listens to an iPod.
* {{Stripperiffic}}: Not in the manhua, but the coming card game will have many new characters coming with these outfits. And that goes for both the [[NaughtyNuns Holy Land]] ''and'' their enemies.
* TimeSkip: The prequels to Bloodline exist about three years before the current series.
* TookALevelInBadass: In the card game, many characters come back, have upgrades, or both. One notable example is [[spoiler: Leah, who once was just a CuteGhostGirl and SacrificialLion is now capable of fighting with sound-based attacks.]]
* TheUnpronouncable: CallingYourAttacks results in having strange sayings for used abilities. However, one could figure out the names by finding patterns. If not, then translate the Chinese writing.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Lilo's family like any kind of food that's red- tomatoes and watermelon- even if they're unable to eat it.
* VillainsOutShopping: The Holy Land eat publicly in their uniforms at a KFC.
