!!!'''The Website/SCPFoundation'''
[[TheMenInBlack A top-secret organization]] whose goal is to [[TheMasquerade conceal all anomalous/paranormal/supernatural phenomena]] from the rest of the world, capturing anything and imprisoning anyone considered to be too abnormal in one of their many clandestine research facilities. Our protagonist Connor "works" for them, though not exactly by his own free choice.
----
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Very slightly with the Foundation, possibly as a side effect of it being PlayedForLaughs. Many "safe" humanoid [=SCPs=] are allowed to meet up and congregate relatively unsupervised, and even share quarters (which is played as being "not important" enough for their own rooms). In SCP canon, they'd be more likely to all be individually confined with socialization, especially socialization with other anomalies, something allowed only for their mental health and with prior approval from on high. Connor can also go just about anywhere in the facility and is asked to go there on his own, not escorted unless he is going off-site. In canon that would be treated as a ''very'' rare amount of freedom, mostly because of how many anomalies would take advantage of it.
** This is eventually explained: the containment facility where Connor lives (Site 95) is running a mental health program sponsored by the Ethics Committee, as an experiment to see if treating sapient, non-hostile [=SCPs=] better and allowing them a degree of socialization and freedom, would both make them easier to control and develop a better understanding of them. The moment O5-3, the Ethics Committee's leader, reminds the rest of the [=O5=] Council about this (due to his concerns over how Connor is being used like a D-class test subject and how cruel it is), the rest of the Council immediately votes to defund the program, much to his displeasure, basically for the sole reason that O5-1 thought that it was ''too nice'' for them to treat [=SCPs=] this way.
* AdaptationalWimp: Despite their power and resources, the SCP Foundation itself is portrayed as being much more dysfunctional and disorganized in this series, reflecting some of the sillier or more comedic incident reports and canons relative to the more serious ones.
* BunnyEarsLawyer: The SCP Foundation are portrayed as being [[AdaptationalComicRelief a lot more silly]] than they are on the SCP Wiki (usually, at least). Though despite the eccentricities and occasional incompetence from many of their personnel (even the O5 Council), they're still a very powerful organization that have somehow managed to keep the paranormal secret and prevent the world from being destroyed, even if they make a lot of dumb and deadly mistakes along the way.
* FacelessMooks: Like in many other SCP adaptations, the Foundation's paramilitary troops (both facility security guards and Mobile Task Force agents) are always shown wearing identical black-and-white uniforms, usually with face-concealing black helmets that have yellow visors.
* IncompetenceInc: The Foundation is portrayed as not being nearly as competent as they usually are in other SCP stories. The [=O5=] Council in particular, seems to be more invested in making crude LOL69 jokes, and capturing non-anomalous stuff just to fill up their containment sites, rather than doing anything particularly effective; and when presented with a department that yields positive results by caring for [=SCPs=]' mental wellbeing, their response is to defund the program in favor of hiring more security guards instead.
* TheMenInBlack: They're obviously still a large, global secret society dedicated to preserving TheMasquerade, trying to secure and contain all paranormal anomalies around the world.
* ObstructiveBureaucrat:
** Subverted at least in regards to what Dr. Wilson thinks, claiming that his bosses are all just a bunch of useless bureaucrats, and hates them for it. But in reality, they're making logical decisions like refusing to let him send an entire Mobile Task Force into [[EldritchLocation SCP-093]] [[ItMakesSenseInContext just to retrieve his favorite clipboard]]. He also claims that they do stuff like sip on champagne all day, when ''he's'' the one who does that, to the point that it's the only thing he has to drink in his office.
** Played more straightly when the O5 Council are introduced, as all of them (except for O5-3) don't hesitate to defund the mental health program for [=SCPs=], which is implied to negatively affect (if not possibly cancelling) Connor's therapy sessions with Dr. Powers.

!!!'''SCP-████ (Connor Cornwall / "Thorn the Impaled")'''
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/b30b2ced_751f_4ec0_9c8f_6b7e0afb9e87.jpeg]]
->'''Voiced by:''' [[https://www.youtube.com/c/LordBung Lord Bung]]

The main protagonist of the series. Connor is a young man who has spent his whole life being contained as an SCP by the Foundation, currently living in the humanoid containment facility of Site 95. He has the anomalous ability of ResurrectiveImmortality; which makes him an ideal substitute for D-class personnel, as he can be reused endlessly for any dangerous experiment or mission.
----
* ActionSurvivor: Connor starts out as a NonActionGuy who has no real fighting skills, relying mostly on his immortality (and sometimes his wits) to get himself out of sticky situations. But during "The Infinite IKEA" duology, he [[TookALevelInBadass suddenly becomes an]] ActionHero as an unusual side effect of his temporary [[LaserGuidedAmnesia memory loss]].
* AlliterativeName: According to Episode 2, his last name is Cornwall, meaning his name is Connor Cornwall.
* AmbiguouslyBi: Courtesy of WordOfGay[[invoked]] from Lord Bung. To clarify, they see Connor as being bisexual, but you can think whatever you like. Thus far, Connor has only shown interest in a woman (Natalie).
* AmbiguousGenderIdentity: According to some behind the scenes sources post-series cancellation, there were plans for Connor to slowly discover that they're actually a trans woman. Because this never came to pass, it's unclear whether or not this still applies, though there ''were'' subtle hints in the show itself (such as Connor comparing himself to an egg that hasn't hatched yet, a common metaphor for gender dysphoria).
* AmbiguouslyHuman: Connor is definitely anomalous, but seems to be mostly human aside from his power of ResurrectiveImmortality, which may imply that there's [[HumanoidAbomination something even more off about him]]. [[spoiler:And then it's soon revealed that Connor's body or soul is actually [[DemonicPossession bonded with an]] EldritchAbomination.]]
* AmnesiacHero: In "The Infinite IKEA" two-parter, while Connor is suffering from amnesia due to a brain injury, he suddenly becomes a highly-skilled warrior, able to take down enemy tribesmen and IKEA employee-monsters with ease and flair. [[spoiler:Though it hints that whatever is giving him his powers has taken over partially, or is at least channeling the skill from memories of another former host from the distant past.]]
* BoomerangBigot: During his encounter with SCP-082 (Ferdinand the Cannibal), who cheerfully points out that Connor is another SCP anomaly much like himself, Connor denies being anything too abnormal; because he's not (overtly) freakish in appearance or behavior, and his powers are relatively benign, unlike many other [=SCPs=]. He even claims that "I work for them [the Foundation]"; even though in reality Connor isn't a Foundation employee or staff member, and is treated by them as both another anomalous SCP prisoner and a D-class slave laborer.
* ButtMonkey: Connor gets put through ''a lot'' of physical (and sometimes mental) pain in each episode; but due to his regenerative powers, he's an IronButtMonkey who obviously always comes out of whatever mess he got into without any permanent or long-term damage.
* TheChewToy: Or as the staff likes to call him, the "test dummy".
* ChickMagnet: He has managed to attract the attention of at least three women he has met so far. SCP-1836 described him as handsome. Natalie appears to be in a secret relationship with him, and Stethoscope not only used a DoubleEntendre to flirt with him, but is clearly giving him looks of interest in her scenes.
* ConditionedToAcceptHorror: Connor has been living in the Foundation's custody since he was a baby; which has left him fairly blasé towards all the paranormal weirdness and supernatural terrors around him, his life of permanent detention (and abusive treatment) by the ethically dubious Foundation, and the fact that he has been violently and painfully killed many, ''many'' times.
* CruelAndUnusualDeath: Connor suffers very gory and painful deaths in almost every episode.
* DeadpanSnarker: One of his defining character traits. Most likely due to being partially ConditionedToAcceptHorror and naturally acting as the [[OnlySaneMan straight man]] to the ''whole Foundation'' as a result.
* DemonicPossession: SCP-2200 implies his powers are demonic in origin. [[spoiler:Natalie's research hints it may be correct.]]
** In "The Infinite IKEA (part 1)", an amnesiac Connor frequently [[spoiler:falls victim to [[UnstoppableRage berserker rages]] when his blood is drawn; swiftly and ruthlessly [[OneManArmy annihilating whole tribes]] on occasion. He only ever seems to stop when there are no enemies left to kill, and comes to with a confused look on his face, as though he had no clue what just happened.]]
** The opening scene of "The Infinite IKEA (part 2)", as well as the [[AllThereInTheManual cast listing]], [[spoiler:implies he's the host for something named "Vulkan", and that he has far more powers than just ResurrectiveImmortality]].
* DoomMagnet: Tests and investigations where Connor gets involved ironically tend to result in far more casualties - [=SCPs=] included - than if the Foundation had just used normal D-class personnel instead.
* ForcedTransformation: This has happened to Connor multiple times due to exposure to various anomalies.
** In "The Singing Forest", the effects of SCP-407 (the Song of Genesis) cause Connor to die and then regenerate into the form of a [[PlantPerson talking tree stump]]. The transformation lasts until Connor is accidentally killed during a containment breach, making him regenerate back into human form (and also {{naked|PeopleAreFunny}}).
--->'''Connor:''' "''Christ'', I hope this isn't permanent..."
** In "The Infinite IKEA (part 2)", Dr. Becker is able to make an amnesia-stricken Connor recall a brief memory of when he was used as a test subject for SCP-3660 (the Zoo Zipper), which had [[{{Animorphism}} turned him into a small frog or toad]].
** At the end of "The Infinite IKEA (part 2)", Connor finds himself [[spoiler:temporarily [[MergingMistake fused together with all the remaining members of the Canopy Tribe]] (minus Stanley, who was recently kicked out of the group) into [[BodyHorror one big, grotesquely deformed mass of flesh]], due to [[TeleporterAccident an unknown side effect of the teleporting staple gun]] which he used to help them all escape from SCP-3008. Connor is able to break free by asking Tallboy to press one of his muscular arms against Connor's head]], instantly killing him and making him regenerate into a new, separate body.
** In "Connor's First Christmas", he is sent to investigate a GingerbreadHouse populated by [[AnthropomorphicFood living gingerbread people]]. He gets caught in a booby-trap and then baked inside a magic oven, turning him into a gingerbread baby. This lasts until he gets grabbed by a Foundation soldier and then eaten, making him regenerate back into human form.
** In Episode 8, many of the numerous Connor duplicates look like they've been mutated or transformed in various ways, which hints that Connor has been victim to this trope ''many'' times over the years. Examples include Connors who look like they've been turned into a {{cyborg}}, a SharkMan, one whose [[SquashedFlat body was flattened and stretched out]], a few who became [[OurVampiresAreDifferent vampires]], a few [[MushroomMan whose heads were partially replaced with large mushrooms]], and much more.
* GotVolunteered: Unlike other [=SCPs=], Connor is often forced into service by the Foundation; who treat him as a D-class test subject for all lab experiments at Site 95, while also being occasionally deployed as an unofficial field agent, investigating dangerous anomalies that they'd prefer not to risk sending a Mobile Task Force to deal with. As Connor isn't a paid employee of the Foundation, they compel him into cooperating with their orders by granting or revoking privileges (such as [[TheStoner his weed]]).
* IJustWantToBeFree: It's implied as early as his first appearance that Connor's greatest desire is to escape the Foundation.
* IJustWantToBeNormal: He doesn't like being reminded of the fact that he's just as much an anomaly as the rest of the [=SCPs=] are.
* ImmortalityHurts: Connor has suffered many different types of extremely painful injuries and deaths throughout the series.
-->''(After SCP-082 (Ferdinand the Cannibal) killed Connor for the second time)''\
'''Ferdinand:''' ''(smugly)'' "Does that hurt?"\
'''Connor:''' "''Yes'', that hurts! ''Stop it!''"
* ImmortalLifeIsCheap: Connor's ResurrectiveImmortality has been endlessly exploited by the Foundation, as they treat him less like an SCP object and more like a [[CannonFodder D-class test subject]] who can be thrown at any highly dangerous experiment or expedition they have in mind for him.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's fairly caustic (really, can you blame him?) but is a genuinely good guy.
* TheJinx: Despite being seemingly the perfect D-class due to his ResurrectiveImmortality, there's a high chance that tests with him can result in massive collateral damage, staff casualties, and SCP casualties.
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: He forgets most of his past when he has a wooden shard of a crate lodged in his skull in "The Infinite IKEA (part 1)". He mostly retains his muscle memory... and somehow remembers ''Film/MadMax'' despite being unable to recall his own name.
** "The Infinite IKEA (part 2)" shows that he still has ''some'' distinct memories of his recent past, as he has a dream about Dr. Fish, remarks that Dr. Wilson's voice is familiar (and annoying), and also instantly recalls a time in which he was experimented on with [[https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-3660 SCP-3660]] ([[{{Animorphism}} the Zoo Zipper]], [[ForcedTransformation which turned him into a frog]]) when Dr. Becker brings it up to try jogging his memory.
* LivingEmotionalCrutch: Dr. Powers seems to have become this for him over the course of the show; something which probably doesn't bode well for either parties involved, or the Foundation itself for that matter, were she to be "moved" Especially if Connor truly has more powers than initially implied.
* MagicPants: Whatever he's wearing when he dies ends up regenerating with his body (his usual orange prisoner outfit in Episode 1, [[NakedPeopleAreFunny his naked body]] in Episode 2, his pants and T-shirt in Episode 4...).
* MrFanservice: He's not a bad-looking guy and has been seen naked in one episode. SCP-1836 described him as handsome in episode 4.
* OneManArmy: Connor becomes this in "The Infinite IKEA" episodes; where he ([[NewPowersAsThePlotDemands inexplicably]]) [[TookALevelInBadass turns into such an incredible fighter]], that he can vanquish large numbers of both human enemies and the IKEA monsters with ease. Even Connor doesn't seem to understand where these skills come from. [[spoiler:It's strongly implied to be coming from the demon possessing him, which is apparently channeling the memories of at least one previous host (a medieval warrior named Ragneer).]]
* OnlyOneName: He claims that Connor can be either his given name or surname. Though of course, Connor likely doesn't know what his family name ([[DisappearedDad from either one]] [[MissingMom of his parents]]) is.
* OnlySaneMan: He seems to view himself as such, and compared to a lot of the stranger anomalous beings and quirkier Foundation personnel seen throughout the series, he probably is (relatively).
* ParentalAbandonment: Connor states he was abandoned by [[MissingMom his mother]] as a baby, without any mention whatsoever of him having [[DisappearedDad a father]] either. He was also left by his mom in a car to die of exposure or starvation, over and over and over again, until somebody noticed the large number of identical dead infants locked in that car. [[spoiler:The newspaper article Dr. Powers reads at the end of Episode 5, which talks about a massive explosion caused by a cult that is in someway linked to Connor and the entity inside him, implies this may not be the truth, and is just a cover story the Foundation came up with to prevent Connor from finding out the truth.]]
* PermaStubble: Steth even calls it "weirdly permanent chin stubble".
* PowerOfTheVoid: [[spoiler:The opening scene of "The Infinite IKEA (part 2)", implied to be a memory from a previous host of the being within Connor, states that said being draws its powers from "the void".]]
* ResurrectiveImmortality: His anomalous ability, which is described by Foundation researchers as "regenerative immortality". Whenever Connor dies, he immediately flashes back to life by instantaneously materializing a new healthy body from thin air, always respawning close to wherever his previous corpse was killed and left behind.
* SecretRelationship: It doesn't take long before Connor and Natalie fall hard in love with each other. Though they try to keep it hidden as much as possible, as the Foundation would obviously never allow an SCP to date one of their employees.
* ShirtlessScene: Strips off his clothes to relieve a full body itch in Episode 2. [[NakedPeopleAreFunny Because of course he does]].
* SociallyAwkwardHero: Justified as a result of Connor's upbringing, having spent his whole life confined inside various top-secret prisons/laboratories, which only cared about educating him just enough to serve as a human guinea pig and useful pawn in their schemes. While Connor does have a few friends at Site 95, he is generally rather shy and awakward (though no less [[DeadpanSnarker snarky]]), often feeling overwhelmed by his personal insecurities.
* StepfordSmiler: And StepfordSnarker. It's strongly implied many times, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxLSAGAFPLI including this music video]], that Connor is more affected by his living situation than he leads on.
* StockholmSyndrome: Implied in Episode 2, when he expresses happiness over an SCP offering him a chance to escape... then claims (lies) that the SCP "mind-controlled" him into ''thinking'' he wanted to escape. Dr. Powers seems to think this trope is in play as a result.
* TheStoner: Connor and Natalie are seen smoking SCP-420-J in Episode 4. Threatening to confiscate his weed is also a good way to make him cooperate in an experiment.
* TheyKilledKennyAgain: Due to his powers, Connor is the victim of a RunningGag where he is being repeatedly killed and revived in (almost) every single episode.
* TwoferTokenMinority: Part-Inuit and bisexual.
* UnfazedEveryman: His inability to die has left him numb to the horrors that he faces. [[spoiler:subverted the few times where he thinks he genuinely might die for real.]]
* UnkemptBeauty: If Natalie's, SCP-1360's, and SCP-1836's assessments of him are to be believed, he's attractive, but not very clean.
* WideEyedIdealist: Connor has shades of this, though he's usually a cynical DeadpanSnarker. He's sure that [[{{Masquerade}} the Foundation]] will let Ian return to his normal life if they ever find out how to give him his body back. [[spoiler:Turns out, he's right.]]

A Foundation psychologist assigned to be Connor's therapist, though she quickly befriends and even falls in love with him.
----
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: There are implications that she's not all there (see NightmareFetishist below). Her usage of SCP-420-J (an anomalous strain of weed) might have something to do with this.
* CovertPervert: As shown at the end of Episode 7, her office has a number of pinups, pages from softcore porn rags, and posters from SCP-themed hentai games.
* DeadpanSnarker: Slightly more deadpan than snarky though.
* DitzyGenius: Either this or GeniusDitz. While she's knowledgeable in her field, she kinda acts like a DumbBlonde when it comes to Connor, [[DistractedByTheSexy with whom she acts very unprofessionally]].
* EruditeStoner: She's a psychologist who occasionally likes to get high. "Only Us" reveals that the Foundation gave her regular access to SCP-420-J (a.k.a. the best weed ever) in order to keep her calm after she freaked out and declared a containment breach, after Connor told her that he heard her talking about how good-looking he was, and that she wanted to ask him out.
* HairOfGoldHeartOfGold: She's blonde, and one of the kindest Foundation employees that Connor has met.
* NervousWreck: In "Only Us", upon realizing that Connor overheard her mumbling about how she thought he looked cute, Natalie immediately panics in a combination of embarrassment and fear over potentially losing her job, and so she anxiously tries to cover herself by activating an alarm to call in a "containment breach". All her [[SuspiciouslySpecificDenial hastily-improvised excuse]] does is [[DiggingYourselfDeeper make her crush on Connor obvious to everyone else in the facility]]. This is resolved after she's prescribed SCP-420-J to calm her nerves.
* NiceGirl: She's generally very polite, friendly, and empathetic, even beyond her role as a therapist for Connor.
* NightmareFetishist: Implied; when Connor mentions that there's a shapeshifting slug-like creature in the facility's basement that can transform itself to look like anyone's greatest sexual desire, Natalie can only reply in confusion, "Wait, it transforms?". Apparently, this thing doesn't even need to change its default appearance to make itself look arousing for her!
* SecretRelationship: It doesn't take long before Natalie and Connor fall hard in love with each other. Though they try to keep it hidden as much as possible, as the Foundation would obviously never allow one of their employees to date an SCP.
* TheShrink: Her job is to provide psychotherapy for Connor and other [=SCPs=], including SCP-1360 (AKA [[spoiler:Ian Steele]]). In the case of Connor though, she goes beyond her duties by spending time with him outside her office, and generally getting way too intimate with him.
* TokenGoodTeammate: Even though Natalie is an [[PunchClockVillain employee of the morally dubious Foundation]], she seems to be an overall kind and decent person, and is one of very few staff members who's shown any genuine concern for Connor's wellbeing (though it may be a bit filtered through Natalie's biased perspective, given her romantic feelings for him).

!!!'''The [=O5=] Council (O5-1 to O5-13)'''

The 13-member leadership of the Foundation. They appear to be loosely based on various individuals depicted in the [[http://www.scpwiki.com/o5-command-dossier O5 Command Dossier]].
----
* BadBoss: During the [=O5=] Council meeting, when O5-3 starts talking about Connor's therapy sessions, O5-1 ignores the part about how Connor has been used as the sole test subject at Site 95 for years, and how these sessions have been helping him keep it together. O5-1 says that signing off on funding mental health treatment for [=SCPs=] was "uncharacteristically thoughtful" of him, and holds a vote to defund this program in favor of hiring more security guards, to almost unanimous agreement from everyone besides O5-3.
* {{Cowboy}}: O5-6 goes for the glamorous version of this aesthetic.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: O5-3, being the liason for the Ethics Committee. The rest of the council are generally annoyed at his ethical complaints.
* LOL69: They all say "Nice!" in unison whenever Site-69 is mentioned.
* NoNameGiven: Par for the course, their only names are their numbers, O5-1-through-13. Subverted with O5-1, who's referred to as "Senior Chairman Graham" once.
* ObstructiveBureaucrat: As far as most members of the Council are concerned, the only thing that's important for Foundation interests is ensuring that anomalies remain secured and contained as much as possible. When O5-3 mentions the SCP mental health program and praises the positive morale boost it offers for their anomalous prisoners, all of his colleagues immediately vote to defund this project in favor of hiring more security personnel instead.
* PetTheDog: O5-1 agreed to fund O5-3's project to provide [=SCPs=] with therapy. Immediately subverted when he realizes that he was acting uncharacteristically nice and votes to defund it again.
* PointyHairedBoss: [=O5-1=] is portrayed as a senile and literally half-dead old man who suggests filling up empty containment cells with non-anomalous endangered animals and "those three-wheeled European cars" (the [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reliant_Robin Reliant Robin]], the car frequently seen tipping over in ''Series/MrBean'').
* RightHandVersusLeftHand: The rest of the [=O5=] Council just groans when O5-3 brings up some complaints from the Ethics Committee, implying that they have this relationship.
* ShutUpHannibal: Downplayed example. When O5-3 brings up the Ethics Committee's concerns about how gung-ho the Foundation is about killing Connor, O5-12 tries to use the Ethics Committee's stance on D-class against them, since killing Connor doesn't actually hurt as many people as the use of D-class does. O5-3 responds that immensely traumatizing a single kid by killing him thousands of times isn't all that much better.
* TokenGoodTeammate: [[AntiVillain At least for a high-ranking Foundation bureaucrat]], O5-3 seems to serve this role in the O5 Council, given that he's the liason to the Ethics Committee. He personally objects to the cruel exploitation of both Connor and regular D-class personnel for human experimentation; he only reluctantly approves the use of Connor as a D-class, because it prevents mortal test subjects from being used and sacrificed at Site 95, while still lamenting the regular tortures that Connor has to suffer through. He also once managed to persuade the rest of the Council to fund mental health treatment for sapient [=SCPs=] like Connor, a program which he seems to feel personally invested in.
* UndeathlyPallor: O5-1 takes it to the extreme. If he's actually the Dead Man from the O5 Dossier, then he's technically undead.

* NoNameGiven: In addition to having remained unseen for now, his first and last names are both still unknown.
* TheVoice: At the end of Episode 7, he leaves a voice mail for Natalie Powers, [[spoiler:telling her to visit his office after learning that she wanted to access Connor's SCP file, and had also been neglecting her mandatory health checkups]].

A Foundation scientist who ''doesn't'' befriend Connor. He's a grumpy asshole who shamelessly uses Connor as a tool to get whatever he wants.
----
* NumberOneDime: He sent Connor into the SCP-093 dimension just to retrieve his favorite clipboard, tossing the paperwork over his shoulder as they reunited with a SingleTear.
* AllThereInTheScript: Only General Marcus and Dr. Fish seem to know his name is Wilson, as the credits just list him as "the mean doctor".
* DefectorFromDecadence: He briefly becomes allied with the Autocratic State of Soulsberg and joins their rebellion, killing one of the guards from the top of the perimeter wall. Ultimately, [[KarmaHoudini nothing comes of this]].
-->([[AnvilOnHead Falling safe decapitates guard]])\
'''Dr. Wilson:''' "Eat my taint! Bureaucracy is dead, ''and we killed it!'' Now the people have control!"\
'''Gen. Marcus:''' "Doctor Wilson, get the fuck down here!"\
'''Dr. Wilson:''' ''(beat)'' [[DirtyCoward "Okay."]]
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: According to [[WordOfSaintPaul Orion]], the Foundation doesn't like Dr. Wilson any more than he likes them, but they can't get rid of him because his skills are too important.
* HypocriticalHumor: He rants to Connor about "bureaucratic asswipes" that lay back and drink alcohol at three in the afternoon, when he keeps some champagne in his office while ordering Connor to fulfill very petty tasks on his behalf.
* ItsAllAboutMe: He only cares if Connor comes back from another dimension (like SCP-093 or SCP-3008) so long as he has something for him.
* {{Jerkass}}: His defining character trait.
* KarmaHoudini: Exactly how the hell Wilson managed to go seemingly unpunished (let alone still allowed to keep his job) after General Marcus caught him in the act of ''murdering one of the guards'' at the SCP-2200-3 containment perimeter, is anyone's guess. According to [[WordOfSaintPaul Orion]], [[https://scpconfinementofficial.tumblr.com/post/708575439916089344/i-have-a-question-regarding-a-funny-plothole-from the Foundation has considered getting rid of Dr. Wilson in the past]], but they ultimately couldn't [[CantKillYouStillNeedYou because his skills are too valuable]].
* NeverMyFault: It's either everyone's glorified crash-test dummy or those fucking bureaucrats.
* PetTheDog: In the "Fine and Dandy" music video, he's briefly shown sharing a drink with Connor in a surprisingly pleasant-seeming interaction. Connor's even smiling.
* RunningGag: Whenever Wilson appears, it's either to rant about the Foundation bureaucracy, send Connor into another dimension just to get something he wants, or both.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: In the second part of "The Infinite IKEA", it's revealed that Connor was stuck inside SCP-3008 just because Dr. Wilson sent him on a quest to go find a new office chair for him, thus setting off the whole plot of that episode. He just didn't expect that Connor would [[LaserGuidedAmnesia lose most of his memories]] in a freak accident and forget why he was in the IKEA dimension in the first place.
* UngratefulBastard: His condolences for sending Connor through SCP-093 quickly devolves into how he couldn't get a team of military professionals to do it instead. He also only reacts with apathetic impatience when Connor finally escapes from SCP-3008, as he already got a new chair like he wanted.

A new researcher supervising Connor's encounter with the SCP-2200 anomalies.
----
* BlackBossLady: She's the brains behind Connor's infiltration of the Autocratic State of Soulsberg.
* BlackAndNerdy: Goddamn does she love her documents.
* TheComicallySerious: A lot of the humor from her revolves around her saying utterly hilarious lines in the most stoic manner possible.
--> '''Hilda:''' ''(dead serious)'' There's nothing fun about toppling regimes. Not anymore.
* EveryoneHasStandards: While talking to an amnesiac Connor and trying to make him remember who he was, she reminds him (with an empathetic tone) of an experiment some other doctors performed on Connor; which involved [[ForcedTransformation temporarily turning him into a small frog]] and [[KickTheDog spraying him with acid multiple times]], [[ForTheEvulz all while laughing]]. She sympathetically acknowledges that this was actually quite upsetting for him, and is honestly surprised that Connor hasn't started suppressing these awful memories sooner.
* MarriedToTheJob: Connor rudely remarks why he thinks she's single, reasoning that it's because she always makes things weird and is so [[ProperlyParanoid paranoid]].
* NaiveNewcomer: After she's realized the mortality of the Foundation's line of work, Connor quickly asks if she's new around here.
-->'''Hilda:''' "Maybe people dying on a regular basis is just part of the job. But I'd be lying if I said that wasn't a depressing thought."\
'''Connor:''' ''(beat)'' "[[CrapsackWorld Are you new here]]?"\
'''Hilda:''' "Yes, actually."
* OnlySaneWoman: She's one of the more rational and level-headed researchers whom Connor has been assigned under, and always stays focused and professional while working.
* TheStoic: She exercises a generally calm, composed, and professional attitude towards her job, to emphasize that [[OnlySaneWoman she's less eccentric and more serious than the other scientists]].
* TokenGoodTeammate: Perhaps due to her status as a NaiveNewcomer. She's quite nice and polite to Connor, and actually feels a bit depressed by the absurd amount of death and violence associated with the Foundation. As described above in EveryoneHasStandards, she also doesn't like the way that Connor gets pointlessly abused by other researchers for their own amusement.

A neurologist/psychologist and Connor's former therapist, who has since returned from his imprisonment in the [[EldritchLocation Night Terror Dimension]].
----
* ConsummateProfessional: The first thing he does after thanking Natalie and Connor for their role in his escape is schedule a new therapy session to pick up where they left off prior to being ensnared in the Night Terror Dimension. This guy is impressively dedicated to his job.
* {{Cephalothorax}}: Hasn't been left with much of a torso.
* FantasticallyIndifferent: His body has been significantly altered by his time in the Night Terror Dimension, though he doesn't seem to be very bothered by these changes, and gets around accomplishing his tasks with little difficulty.
* {{Leitmotif}}: Whenever he appears, his eyes dart around with each strum of a guitar.
* RussianGuySuffersMost: He was imprisoned in a [[EldritchLocation nightmarish realm]] known as the Night Terror Dimension.
* RescuedFromTheUnderworld: [[MakesJustAsMuchSenseInContext Due to the sheer sexual tension between Connor and Natalie]].
* TheShrink: He was Connor's therapist before [[NoodleIncident he was trapped in the Night Terror Dimension]]. After returning to Earth, Stavros has shifted his work to studying people's brain activity, including [[spoiler:Stethoscope (one of the SCP-3008 escapees)]].
* TheStoic: He's got a rather grim and stone-cold demeanor. Connor notes that this is why he didn't want to share much about himself during his therapy sessions with Stavros.
* TransformationHorror: Something in the Night Terror Dimension caused him to lose most of his torso, while gaining extra eyes, arms and legs, as well as the ability to levitate.

Mueller and Mulligan are botanists who oversee Connor's test with SCP-407.
----
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:Both of them are killed by the giant humanoid creature produced from Connor's transformation by SCP-407 when it breaches containment.]]

->'''Voiced by:''' [[https://www.youtube.com/c/MarkEnglishFilms Mark English]]

Dr. Marlowe is a marine biologist studying SCP-1836, who is currently possessed by a living puppet known as SCP-174, who acts like he ''is'' Marlowe. He is Connor's supervisor during his mission to infiltrate SCP-1836's iceberg.
----
* AffablyEvil: He's very much possessing Dr. Marlowe, but he's not actively malicious and is actually helping the Foundation.
* AndIMustScream: The real Dr. Marlowe actually tries to break free early in their first appearance, only to get hit in the stomach for his troubles.
* BenevolentBoss: He's rather cordial to Connor, and even [[spoiler:shows signs of sympathy over the loss of SCP-1836]].
* CantKillYouStillNeedYou: The Foundation can't fire or kill Marlowe since he's ''the best'' marine biologist in North America and they need his expertise, even if it's through the filter of SCP-174.
* DemonicDummy: He's a ventriloquist dummy that [[DemonicPossession possesses people]], though he's not as pure evil as most examples.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Dr. Fish]]
!!!'''[[https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-527 SCP-527]] (Dr. Fish)'''

->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/BrockBaker

A fish-headed researcher prideful of his work studying SCP-3008-1 societies.
----
* AdaptationNameChange: In the original SCP canon he's known as ''Mr.'' Fish, but here he's addressed as ''Dr.'' Fish. See the next trope below.
* AdaptationalJobChange: Instead of just being another Little Mister, ''Dr.'' Fish works as a researcher for the Foundation, assigned to study SCP-3008.
* NiceGuy: He at least seems to be one of the more polite and affable researchers towards Connor, and cheerfully offers to share pistachios with Connor's friends from the IKEA dimension.
* NonHumanHead: He has the head of a fish. It's plain as day, guy.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: "Would any of you guys like some pistachios?"
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Dr. Ludwig]]
!!!'''Dr. Ludwig'''

->'''Voiced by:''' [[https://www.youtube.com/c/LordBung Lord Bung]]

A German surgeon and friend of Stavros, who is working on a project to transplant a particular test subject's consciousness into a new body.
----
* HerrDoktor: His name is ''Ludwig'', [[GratuitousGerman um Gottes willen]].
* MadScientist: Averted. He doesn't seem too wacky, and puts great care in his BodyBackupDrive project.
