To that end he abducts and fakes the death of Augustus Gibbons whom he plans to use as a patsy for his crime. His reasons for this being retaliation for the President closing down several military branches to focus on foreign aid.

* ReplacementScrappy: Ice Cube's replacement of Vin Diesel's character as the new xXx was met with a very [[{{Pun}} cold reception]] from fans of the original.
