** Buster and Babs, who are supposed to be the [[{{Big Damn Heroes}} heroes of the show]], but are not above tormenting and heckling others just for fun, even if said person did nothing to deserve such treatment.

** Plucky, he may be a [[ItsAllAboutMe self-centered]], [[{{Jerkass}} rude]], and [[{{Narcissist}} narcissistic]] jerk, but there is the somewhat common occasion where he isn't being a jerk or bothering anyone, yet even during those moments the show still wants us to see him as a [[{{Jerkass}} spiteful jackass]] who [[{{Asshole Victim}} deserves every bit of what happens to him]].

** Hamton loving disco and being ridiculed for it aged poorly when ''Film/GuardiansOfTheGalaxy'' singlehandedly made a cardinal rule for movies to feature 70s music in their soundtracks.

* {{Moe}}: The main cast is a bunch of cute PuniPlush [[{{Toon}} Toons]] [[{{Expy}} based on]] ''WesternAnimation/LooneyTunes'' characters. What did you expect?

** Little Beeper ends up being chased off by Fifi at the end of "Love Stinks", and Calamity actually wins at the end. For those who see Calamity Coyote as {{The Woobie}} (so pretty much, like, 95% of the fanbase), this is [[{{CatharsisFactor}} immensely and utterly satisfying to see]].

* HypeBacklash: Not the show itself, but a specific character. Tiny Toons fans who aren't particularly fond of her often feel like Fifi gets overhyped by most Tiny Toon fans, to the expense of the shows other characters in fanworks. Most of it boiling down to those who feel like her entire character boils down to 'wants a boyfriend', and that most of her fans like her [[{{Yiff}} for less than wholesome reasons]].

** Fifi La Fume was supposed to be the DistaffCounterpart of WesternAnimation/PepeLePew whose gag was about being outrageously persistent in pursuing love to the point of [[AbhorrentAdmirer abhorrence]], but she turns out to be a very sympathetic character. Unlike her other Acme Acres classmates, she is much more poorer, living in a wrecked car junkyard, and she's just as hopelessly romantic like her predecessor, but being a teenage girl, this means that her heart is much more fragile, leading her to [[BreakTheCutie many genuine bouts of crying whenever she's rejected]], feeling that [[IJustWantToBeLoved no one would love her.]] Being in ''Tiny Toons'' means that even [[SlapstickKnowsNoGender her sad state and gender does not save her from slapstick]], she got a lot of abuses and at one point, [[Recap/TinyToonAdventuresS1E55ViewerMailDay blatantly shown to have been captured by]] [[AndCallHimGeorge Elmyra]] [[DownerEnding to be her pet despite her best efforts to prevent it.]] And [[WesternAnimation/TinyToonAdventuresHowISpentMyVacation during her vacation]], when she tried to pursue her favorite movie star Johnny Pew, she ended up being mistreated by him in an actually non-slapstick manner, [[BrokenPedestal he revealed himself to be an unbelievable jerk]] and sent her past her RageBreakingPoint. A major part of how many fans love her is due to how the fans feels so sorry for her.

* SeinfeldIsUnfunny: Everything that this show laid the groundwork for (lush animation, orchestral score, sophisticated writing) would be not only repeated but improved upon with Creator/StevenSpielberg's next cartoon ''WesternAnimation/{{Animaniacs}}''. ''TTA'', while it had plenty of [[ParentalBonus jokes for grown ups]], was still, first and foremost, a children's show and is considered to be tame compared to it's successor. Ironically, ''Tiny Toons'' had [[PeripheryDemographic a dedicated college-aged fanbase]] when it aired, while the more "adult" ''Animaniacs'' was mostly popular with kids.

** Buster and Babs, as well as several other characters, deployed the 'cross-dressing for comedy' gag that was used a lot in the Looney Tunes era. While this was considered harmless and funny in the 90s, growing awareness of the LGBTQ+ community can make a lot of these gags come off as downright offensive to them.

** Julie Bruin. She is memorable for [[{{Gainaxing}} perhaps unwholesome]] reasons, as well as being a spoof of her voice actor, Julie Brown.

** It's quite ironic that Danny Cooksey complained about Max always being the bad guy when his career since or during the show has had him mostly playing either bad guys ([[WesternAnimation/StaticShock Hotstreak]], [[WesternAnimation/XiaolinShowdown Jack Spicer]]) or [[JerkAss jerkasses]] ([[WesternAnimation/KickButtowski Brad Buttowski]], [[Series/SaluteYourShorts Budnik]], [[WesternAnimation/HeyArnold Stoop Kid]]).

** The joke about Roseanne Barr singing the national anthem is referenced when Fifi declared that "It isn't over until ze fat lady sings" Nowadays, [[http://www.today.com/popculture/roseanne-barr-shows-drastic-weight-loss-2D79506026 Roseanne lost a tremendous amount of weight, and gained a shitload of white nationalism.]]

* AcceptableTargets: MoralGuardians -- ''WesternAnimation/TinyToonAdventures'' has a deep, unapologetic dislike for it.

** Most Fifi X [[OriginalCharacter OC]] fics will usually make her more of a ShriekingViolet around her new crush; often with her saying that this time her crush 'just feels different'.

First, there are a couple ADayInTheLimelight episodes where the characters and formula were [[ReTool retooled]] for an obvious BackdoorPilot for a spinoff called ''Elmyra's Family'' (which never materialized). Then she was [[WesternAnimation/PinkyElmyraAndTheBrain gracelessly stuffed]] into ''WesternAnimation/PinkyAndTheBrain'' in a bout of ExecutiveMeddling that neither the [[BitingTheHandHumor writers]] nor the [[DorkAge audience]] appreciated which led to a TakeThat in a diss track in the ''WesternAnimation/Animaniacs2020'' segment "Gift Rapper".

** Animal rights have become a much more serious topic since the 1990s, especially with the advent of PETA, and Elmyra constantly abuses animals (albeit unintentionally). This is believed to be the main reason she's being dropped from the upcoming reboot.

** Buster and Babs being turned into twin siblings in the upcoming reboot was met with a lot of detraction, especially since it goes against their famous "no relation" gag while also making their mutual attraction scenes in the original show really awkward now.

* ShipSinking: As mentioned under BrokenBase, the reboot has Buster and Babs retroactively made into twins, torpedoing the ShipTease that had been between them in the original series, much to dismay of many fans.

Still, their largely incompatible personalities and the mostly one-sided nature of Plucky's attraction to Shirley means that during [[https://tinytoons.fandom.com/wiki/Plucky_and_Shirley%27s_Relationship the few times they're truly 'together' onscreen]], they seem like [[DesignatedLoveInterest Designated Love Interests]] more than anything.

** Much like her predecessor, Fifi has been gaining quite a bit of complaints about how her shorts were handled, as, with the exception of "The Undersea World of Fifi", they are merely GenderFlipped version of Pepe's shorts of old. Back in the 90s, this was seen as more 'acceptable' due to [[DoubleStandardRapeFemaleOnMale Fifi being female and her targets male]], something which wouldn't be viewed as 'acceptable' today. With Fifi confirmed to be returning in the reboot, it remains to be seen how she'll be handled in that compared to the original show.

* RetroactiveRecognition: In later episodes, Buster was voiced by [[Series/TalesFromTheCrypt The Crypt Keeper]], [[WesternAnimation/RocketPower Raymundo Rocket]] and [[VideoGame/MetalGearRisingRevengeance Monsoon]].
