** In his ''VideoGame/CoolSpot'' review, he parodies the use of the Irate Gamer's use of side characters from the game that he is currently reviewing, with numerous appearances by Spot in particular. The Irate Gamer then reviewed the same game only nine months later, which featured the same exact thing. This would not go unlampshaded in the ''Chip n' Dale'' review.

* MemeticMutation: "Didn't they test this game before they released it?" is a quote that will always be associated with him.

* RewatchBonus: Many of the jokes, which are already funny on their own, may seem either original or altogether random. It's not until one watches some of the Irate Gamer's videos until one can find the context behind many of the Third Rate Gamer's jokes.
