* UnintentionallyUnsympathetic: Nahmat is meant to be the protagonist and ultimately in the right, especially in regards to her chewing out Celestia...but she has done nothing to disprove the story the heroes were told or earn their trust, and due to her abuse of her psychic powers, Celestia is absolutely right to doubt she gave Shining Armor and Cadence an ability instead of just brainwashing them. It makes her TheReasonYouSuckSpeech come off as her throwing a tantrum and chewing someone out to divert from her own mistakes.

** Said rant as a whole can come across as this given the situation: Nahmat is angry that Celestia and the others don't trust her and want to imprison her, and chews them out for it...but up until then, she's abused mind magic in situations she didn't need to (including guards who weren't physically attacking her and merely reacting naturally to her suddenly appearing in the room out of nowhere), performed MindRape on Fluttershy (who was merely reacting to her using mind magic on the guards), refused to apologize for any of it even when she admits it was wrong, and generally did very little to actually warrant trust, [[spoiler:especially compared to Gralo, who [[VillainsBlendInBetter had done absolutely nothing wrong or suspicious up to that point]]]]. Instead of coming off as the deserved chewing out it seemed to be intended to be (since the story was a FixFic to address the creator's opinions of Celestia during the wedding), it comes off as Nahmat throwing a temper tantrum when her own actions blew up in her face.

* CompleteMonster: [[BigBad Gralo]], aka Garret, is an evil Krassau who desires to absorb all magic to increase his power, leaving lifelessness in his wake, justifying himself with the belief that [[FantasticRacism his species is superior to all other beings]]. Having already caused widespread death and destruction, Gralo fled to Equestria to escape punishment and possessed Garret while leaving him conscious, reducing him to an EmptyShell when Gralo had no more use for him. He tries to drain all things magical—-including emotions and liveliness—-from Equestria's population, threatening to [[OmnicidalManiac obliterate all life in the universe]]. Gralo also gives breaking lectures to the Princesses and threatens to suck Candence dry to make them suffer. Gralo was a vile enough being that his kind considers him being banished to the VoidBetweenTheWorlds the only fitting punishment, and in his final moments of freedom, he spitefully attempts to turn the Princesses against Nahmat.

* CompleteMonster: [[BigBad Gralo]] is an evil Krassau (a god-like avian being) who saw his species as [[FantasticRacism so superior to “lesser creatures”]] that he felt entitled to rip the life and magic out of everyone in his path, as well as the land itself, [[WalkingWasteland leaving lifeless devastation in his wake]], solely to increase his own power. By the time we meet him, he's already guilty of maiming sixty one people and murdering another thirty eight, in addition to the above widespread devastation. When Nahmat managed to discover a way to counter his power, rather than face the consequences of his actions, [[DirtyCoward Gralo fled to Equestria]], where he possessed an innocent Griffin wizard named Garret and controlled him from within-[[AndIMustScream leaving him aware the entire time]]. The moment Nahmat has seemingly been driven off, Gralo emerges and sucks Garret dry of his magic and everything magical (such as emotions and liveliness), leaving him an EmptyShell solely because [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness he has outlived his usefulness]]. He soon tries the same to not only the Mane Six but Equestria as a whole, threatening to [[OmnicidalManiac destroy all life in the universe]], only failing thanks to ThePowerOfFriendship and Nahmat keeping ponies alive. He gleefully tries to give {{Breaking Lecture}}s to the Princesses, seemingly only for his own amusement, and threatens to suck Cadence dry in front of them just to make them suffer. After finally being defeated and his stolen magic returned to where it belonged by the Princesses and Nahmat, Gralo is judged by his own kind, who deem his atrocities so monstrous and vile, the only fitting punishment is to be sentenced to an AndIMustScream fate because death would be better than he deserves. Even as he's being DraggedOffToHell, Gralo never once shows one ounce of remorse for his actions, instead using his last moments of freedom to try and vainly turn the Princesses against Nahmat in petty revenge.
