So [=SpongeBob=] "borrows" Squidward's vacuum cleaner so he has no choice but to come visit, and he finds that [=SpongeBob=] has redesigned the inside of his house as an ''exact'' replica of Squidward's, down to the smallest details. Squidward is understandably freaked out by this, and spends so long looking for his vacuum cleaner that his own house burns down because he left his oven on. Then [=SpongeBob=] offers for Squidward to come live with him until his house gets rebuilt, which mentally destroys Squidward. This kind of plot would be perfect for a horror movie or ''Franchise/TheTwilightZone'', not a children's cartoon show. Though Squidward gets the last laugh in the end, [[LaserGuidedKarma when he forces [=SpongeBob=] to sleep in the burnt out wreckage.]]
