* DesignatedVillain: The client in the infamous "Bob Marley" scene. All she did was want dreadlocks and not know who Bob Marley was. Fran immediately makes the discussion all about herself and feels it's her job to lecture her about her life as if it's her fault. The client is naturally uncomfortable when all she came in for to get her hair done and is insulted and told be Fran's coworker that she hates her and kicked out. Fran should consider herself lucky that she still got business after that incident.

* JerkassWoobie: Despite how horribly Ryan treated Annie throughout most of the series (and the fact that she's 100% right in breaking up with him), you do have to feel a little sorry for him after she delivers her pummeling TheReasonYouSuckSpeech in the Season Two finale.
