* NightmareFuel: We get a reminder that Freeza's moral compass ''heavily'' skewed by his upbringing during Episode 11. When he Instant Transmissions out to deal with the issue of the Comet Camori barreling towards the sparsely populated, but still chiefly ''populated'' Ronka 8. After a while, he pops back onto the ship, and announces that it's no longer their problem. Because he ''annihilated Ronka 8'' to [[TheNeedsOfTheMany avoid a chain reaction that could've caused destruction on a system-wide scale.]] When Yamcha calls him out on this, he makes the unfortunate mistake of pressing the "G" button.

* CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming: Frigid's relationship with Moraine and Drumlin, the twin defective clones. Even though they are DumbMuscle, he genuinely likes them, and they reciprocate with sincere, unselfish love for their "little brother" in turn. Episode 20 in particular has the twins teaching Frigid how to use KiAttacks, and the three brothers are shown to get on incredibly well. Frigid even asks them to move out of the potential blast radius beforehand, because he's genuinely worried about hurting them.
