In his attempts at infiltration, Scritchy-Scratch uses one of his soldiers to take over a random civilian and subjects him to weeks of [[AndIMustScream torture while trapped in his mind.]] Scritchy-Scratch unveils his plans to decimate the entirety of the planet out of sheer disgust for its existence in front of Dick Dastardly, and reveals to the Giant Rat his record of destruction of over 2,000 galaxies. Despite his lovable and adorable outer shell, Scritchy-Scratch is a cruel, genocidal monster.
