On paper, their ROU is a better smoke grenade as it lasts longer and they get 4 of them while operators with smoke grenades only get 2 of those; in practice, it has far too many counters to be a viable gadget, especially given that the ROU can be destroyed before it expires while a smoke grenade can't. This is enough for Sens to be one of the least represented in gameplay among the more modern attackers.
