Critical Research Failure is a disambiguation page

* CriticalResearchFailure: In the season one finale, "Born To Ride", Diane gets her driver’s license. She becomes a victim of a staged accident where the other driver claims to have given an arm signal (which drivers used prior to the invention of flashing turn signals) that Diane did not see. However, electronic turn signals were standard as early as the 1940’s. It doesn’t help that the opening credits of every episode show an electronic turn signal being used.
