* HilariousInHindsight: All of Misty's rage-induced ranting of [[IResembleThatRemark she's nothing like Gyarados]] is already funny enough. But it's even more hilarious after watching "[[Recap/PokemonSS2CeruleanBlues Cerulean Blues]]", where she actually gets a Gyarados on her team and it becomes her mainstay powerhouse ever since. Heck, by the time of ''Sun & Moon'''s episode "[[Recap/PokemonS20E43WhenRegionsCollide When Regions Collide!]]", she loves her Gyarados just as much as any other Water-Type Pokémon, even giving it access to Mega Evolution. Guess that fake fortune teller book was right on the mark.
