* HarsherInHindsight: Darryl's comment that Britain "doesn't want the Euro" has added poignancy given that British integration with the European Union has since gone into such a reverse that they are now planning to leave altogether. His comments more generally are rather similar to the views of right-wing nationalist movements that have arisen in Britain since the episode aired, so what at the time was a laughable caricature is now perhaps depressingly close to reality.
