Designated Villains does not describe a group willing to commit vandalism.

* DesignatedVillain: The pharmaceutists' guild. On the one side, you have the [[WeirdTradeUnion professional organization]] that represents tradespeople who serve the common folk because the {{Blue Blood}}ed royal pharmaceutists refuse to sully their hands helping the commoners. On the other hand, you have Farma, the kid of a Fiction500 archduke who won the SuperpowerLottery and immediately moves in and starts putting guild pharmacists out of business, much like what Internet retailers have been doing to downtown shops for the last three decades. Naturally we're supposed to side with the trust fund brat who refused an offer to join the guild in favor of directly competing with them for customers.

Shown Their Work is not YMMV. Moving to main.

* ShownTheirWork: The writers tried hard to make sure the medicines and medical procedures are correct.
** They have an MD, a [=PhD=] in biology and a pharmacologist listed as science supervisors.
** The author himself has a [=PhD=] in pharmacology.

* EscapistCharacter: Falma's overwhelming power, incredible medical expertise, and [[ChickMagnet popularity with women]] allow him to tackle virtually any problem in the series, earning him fame and fortune as well as a role as TheChosenOne due to receiving the Mark of the Medicine God.
