* HilariousInHindsight: Fingle Dan was briefly a cop in the ''NP Public'' universe about a year before he was court-mandated to undergo police academy training in the prime ''[=NoPixel=]'' universe.

* BetterThanCanon: It's so far outside of the ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoV'' canon that there's elements and characters completely foreign to the source game, and if you watch ''[=NoPixel=]'' long enough you really come to miss them when returning to a vanilla GTA V. The Lost MC and Vagos are in GTA V, but you won't see the Bondi Boys, Chang Gang, Cleanbois, HOA, or Mandem there.

* FunnyAneurysmMoment:
** In one scenario, a couple of Trump supporter parody characters hijack Bryce Miller's plane and fly it into a government building to try and stop the 2020 election count. ** Koil playing Francis J. Francer playing UsefulNotes/DonaldTrump was originally pretty silly, as it featured him shooting ray guns at citizens, having Randy Bullet shoot a "socialist" in order to gain citizenship, and nuking Los Santos while tweeting "all socialist shud pay". Post-storming, this became a lot more somber with Trump's mental stability in question, with his nuclear arsenal access cited as a specific concern during the waning days of his presidency.

** In January 2020, there was an [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pibLYKtLthE outbreak]] of the "Hironavirus" in the city, which ended up being one person with the regular flu surrounded by everyone else overreacting. At the time, the UsefulNotes/COVID19Pandemic wasn't ''quite'' yet an full-blown pandemic shutting everything down, and the severity of the disease wasn't fully known (early incorrect reports were that the symptoms weren't worse than the common cold).

On one side, there are people who think that it dilutes ''[=NoPixel=]'''s uniqueness, are unhappy with its prio and queue system, don't like how chaotic it is compared to the whitelist server, and are salty that it was seemingly built to appease WebVideo/XQc (who was briefly banned from the whitelist server) and his viewers. On the other side, people are thrilled that it gives users the chance to try out ''[=NoPixel=]'' in an out-of-continuity environment, gives potential whitelist applicants a foot in the door, allows the server to receive more donations to recoup operating costs, and reduces the amount of players on the whitelist server who only join for LevelGrinding and not roleplay.

The phrase itself is largely attributed to Penta to the point that when Burn played as Penta for a one off character he even rammed an AFK player outside of the Mission Row Police Department simply to recite the joke.[[/note]]
