* FanNickname: The Arcade Bunny, having no official name (outside of Japan), has garnered a couple. American fans tend to call him "Badgegrab", after a possibly throwaway line in which he referred to himself as such during a ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}'' promotion. In the British version later on, the same line was changed to call him "Professor Hedge" to keep with the ''Pokémon'' professors' ThemeNaming. That hasn't caught on as much, however. Some fans prefer to call him "Badge Bunny".

** In the same vein as ''VideoGame/SuperSmashBros'', ''Badge Arcade'' could be favorably seen as a way for Nintendo to celebrate their rich and varied history and let players personalize their [=3DSes=] to match their tastes, which can make it somewhat irksome that niche titles will probably never be represented with badges.[[note]]Even the ''NES Remix'' series draws most heavily from ''Mario'' games with seven collections.[[/note]]

Changing the trope name like this isn't allowed. Bad grammar. More context is also needed. Why is Complete capitalized? Also the colon isn't part of the trope name so why did you include it in the Pot Hole?

Trivia, not YMMV, but that's a moot point because the trope was misused anyway.

* AdoredByTheNetwork: According to the "Million Badges" promotion, the most popular badges are the ''VideoGame/SuperMarioMaker'' badges, but you wouldn't know that from just how many and often the ''Franchise/AnimalCrossing'' machines appear.

* GoodBadBugs: Machines that start with a badge moving or falling occasionally have one or more of them fall into the catch zone without you needing to use a play. You won't actually get them unless you do use a play though, an InvisibleWall will stop badges from dropping all the way if you're just viewing the machine.

I noticed the invisible wall thing when a badge suddenely popped up because the game timmed out on letting the physics run.

** The arcade bunny is just bound to make a dozen whenever a new set of badges with importance are released. The first day alone, his costume change to a real life bunny (except pink) became a meme immediately.

* DudeNotFunny: Some fans found the Bunny’s comments on the confirmation of a Ridley badge in the ''Franchise/{{Metroid}}'' line-up to be in very poor taste, especially considering that it was a reference to his high demand for inclusion in ''VideoGame/SuperSmashBros.''. It didn’t help that they modified his sprite so that it was two pixels larger than it was in the original NES game, ''making him larger than Kraid''.
