** There are two Speed Traps in the Downtown area that are in close proximity (specifically the one jumping over the boat and the Speed Trap south of that) that not only are fairly easy to clear, but also good for farming Rep and Heat. They're also fine for farming cash, but they're especially useful for farming Rep, but the especially good part is being able to quickly farm Heat ''safely'' with a low chance of being forced into a chase, which also doubles as a good Rep gain multiplier, and a safe way to build up Heat in order to access a High Heat race.
