** Kyle's dream in chapter 19 where Kyle's subconscious tells him that the only way that Kyle will finally be free of the pain he is experiencing is if he kills his friends, showing that Kyle has some truly dark thoughts.

This includes harboring immense guilt for how she previously treated Kyle resulting in him resenting her and any time she tries to make amends with Kyle it ends up backfiring causing Kyle to hate her more. There also the fact that Cartman constantly harasses her, unwilling to accept that Heidi wants nothing to do with him. Her desperation causes her to put Nichole in danger in an attempt to gain Kyle’s forgiveness, something she quickly regrets. Shortly after realising just how badly her actions truly hurt Kyle, she ends up getting hurt by him, while he is in the middle of an uncontrollable rage, after she tries to stop him from killing her ex-boyfriend. Thankfully Heidi does get her [[EarnYourHappyEnding happy ending]] after Kyle forgives her and Cartman moves on from Heidi, and is last seen happily chatting and laughing with her friends.

Stan is able to fully reconcile with Kyle, the girls are slowly making up with the boys, and Kyle was able to help Canada recover thus redeeming himself for his past actions against the country, and the last scene has him embracing Stan, Nichole, and the boys barring Cartman in a group hug declaring them all to be his "super best friends".

** Let's face it, after watching Cartman constantly torment Kyle in the [[WesternAnimation/SouthPark main show]] and getting away with it, Kyle giving Cartman one of the most horrific beatdowns ever here is incredibly satisfying to read.

** Kyle bonding with Nichole is very nice to see, especially since Kyle doesn't have to deal with his problems alone and Nichole doing her best to help Kyle without ever judging Kyle. The fact that the two remain close friend even when its implied Nichole got back together with Token in the end is especially sweet.
** Heidi's YouAreBetterThanYouThinkYouAre speech to Kyle after he was just saved by Stan is really nice since not only show how much Heidi has grown after her break up with Cartman, but also showing how much she wants to make amends with Kyle. It's strongly implied that this speech is what allows Kyle to forgive Heidi and when he sees Heidi laughing and chatting with her friends, Kyle is happy to see that Heidi was able to move on with her life.

** Let's face it, after watching Cartman constantly torment Kyle in the [[WesternAnimation/SouthPark main show]] and get away with it, Kyle giving Cartman one of the most horrific beatdowns ever here is incredibly satisfying to read.
