** Glida blowing up at the party guests after being pranked one to many times, automatically blaming Pinkie Pie for setting the pranks up to target her specifically, and walking out on Rainbow Dash when she admits to doing it herself and demands that Gilda has to accept her friends if she wants to continue being friends with her, is completely understandable. Gilda had been the sole receiver of a long list of pranks during a party Pinkie Pie herself set up, the party guests (including Rainbows friends) repeatedly laughed at Gilda's humiliation, and Rainbow Dash doesn't even attempt to apologize or take responsibility for her part in upsetting one of her closest friends.

* NarmCharm: Between the borderline nineties slang and attitude, combined with just how childishly schoolyard her bullying is, you'd be forgiven for thinking that it would be impossible to make Gilda's actions come across as anything but laughable, even when it's supposed to be completely serious. But when her actions ''do'' lose their comedy, they ''really'' manage to make them uncomfortable to watch.

** Pinkie Pie to a lesser extent. Some fans forget that her annoyance at being excluded was not because of an either/or situation. She wanted to hang out ''with'' Rainbow Dash and Gilda and compromise the situation. Gilda meanwhile wanted Rainbow Dash for herself and excluded Pinkie.

** By the same token, it's hard to blame Gilda for being at least a ''little'' angry at Pinkie Pie for trying to weasel her way in on her time with Rainbow Dash, especially since they hadn't seen each other in a long time. The closest anyone ever gets to calling Pinkie out for her own clingy behavior is Twilight...who's made to apologize for it at the end.
