* TierInducedScrappy: C-Roa has been on both sides of the spectrum, which is how he got his half-sarcastic FanNickname "Honest Mids Michael". For a more detailed breakdown on both instances, you can watch [[https://youtu.be/ov13bCq-RCk this video]]
** In ''Actress Again'', C-Roa was a borderline JokeCharacter due to the fact that his unique feature, his lightning orbs, were so easy to bypass. Most characters could duck under the aerial versions of the orbs, and the orbs did not correct themselves to face the opponent once the opponent got past them. Combine this with the fact that they took heavy commitment to even set up on the first place, and you had a character who had to put in more effort at both long range ''and'' close range than most other characters.
** On the flipside, ''Current Code'' buffed C-Roa's orbs in a few key ways that, when combined with buffs to his 22C frame advantage, made him a GameBreaker and the most frustrating character in the game to fight against. The aerial versions of the orbs could not be ducked when done at the lowest possible height, and they now auto-corrected to face the opponent no matter what side of the orb they were on, which already improved his neutral and pressure game to a good degree. But now Roa also gained the ability to charge his orbs as well as cancel his orb setups into another orb setup, letting him rapidly put orbs on the screen too fast for the opponent to keep up with.
