Later, when Mario enters the Aduraice Mansion, she keeps resetting Mario's constant deaths. * DummiedOut[=/=]WhatCouldHaveBeen: Your guess is as good as ours as to why the courtyard and basement are inaccessible (we've seen the proposed screenshot show us that Mario could go to the courtyard, Luigi could go to the library, and Riba could go to the basement). An incomplete map in Marios-Friend9's gallery shows us that the basement, parlour, and dining room were past the F1 rooms locked doors, and it was said in-game that the areas would become accessible in future updates.

* MoralEventHorizon: It was no surprise that once Alice lost what was left of her sanity that she'd cross this sooner or later. She finally does so when she disowns and kills [[spoiler:Anna]] after[[spoiler: Anna murdered Serina]].

** [[spoiler:Anna without a doubt qualifies for the former. Abused and neglected by your mother, becoming a shadow of your sibling who ended up getting all the love and attention you deserved as well, intended to be used as a sacrifice (even though Anna actually wasn't), killing your sister so that you could be loved only to be brutally murdered by said abusive mother? Small wonder Anna's such a bitch.]]

* JerkassWoobie[=/=]WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds: All but a few spirits (i.e. the spirits that ''[[MySpeciesDothProtestTooMuch don't]]'' try to kill you) qualify. Yes, they all try to kill you in very horrible ways, but they were nothing short of good people in life screwed over by Alice[[spoiler: and cursed to more or less try to kill you]].
* ParanoiaFuel: This game is absolutely ''rife'' with it. Sometimes you won't know whether something will result in a game over or not until it's already happened, or for things that do kill you, you don't see how you die. There's also a few figures that come to kill you out of nowhere (especially when it's really hard to see them when they're on the move or when they're right next to you when they start attacking), and the sheer implications of a few game overs and endings will give the player enough shivers to last for a while.
