** After Kairi has her HeroicBSoD, Aqua comes to talk to her in a dream to offer encouragement [[spoiler: and teach her how to fix her Keyblade.]] Not only does she reassure Kairi that none of the Guardians think of her as useless, but that ever since he found she felt that way, Lea has been telling anyone who will listen that Kairi's a capable warrior and he'll fight anyone who says otherwise.

** The Darklings' attack on the mansion in Chapter 26 is like something played straight out of a horror film. One moment, the Guardians of Light are relaxing with their friends in Twilight Town and trying to get rest when all of a sudden, Heartless appear out of nowhere, shroud the rooms in darkness, surround and attack the heroes while [[MindRape psychologically tormenting]] them. The heroes had little time to prepare and were just barely able to fight them off before Isa forced Luxu to flee.
*** The Darklings' behavior in general is this both InUniverse and out. The Heartless the heroes fought (excluding Xehanort's Heartless) were usually mindless monsters that function on instinct. Which makes it all the more shocking to the heroes when the [[ItCanThink Darklings show their ability to actually speak]]. Learning about how they were originally Keyblade wielders leads to the horrifying realization as to what would have happen to Aqua had Sora not saved her from the Darkness in time.
*** The way the Darklings attack and surround the Guardians is downright disturbing. They MindRape Ventus by bringing up Ven's past from the Age of Fairy Tales, awakening some painful memories when they remind him of how he let "her" (Stretliza) die and has been touched by the "Primoridal" (Darkness), leading Ven to collapse from the painful headaches that ensue. They reveal to Lea they know about the "little star girl with hair of dark" (aka Subject X, who is identified as Skuld in this story), something that shocks Lea very much. When attacking Riku and Aqua, they remind them of their past experiences with the darkness (Riku when he was corrupted by the darkness in ''VideoGame/KingdomHeartsI'' and Aqua during her brief time as Anti-Aqua in ''VideoGame/KingdomHeartsIII'') all the while claiming to be friends. And throughout all of this, they continue to act like children playing a game.
