*** Surprisingly, Corey's segment in this level, despite normally being fairly easy than the others, turns incredibly difficult in Hard Mode, since most rooms now get a lot of windows.

** Most of Evan's levels can be this, because given [[{{Pacifist}} his character]], [[DoesntLikeGuns he'll instantly unload any gun he picks up]], and he won't pick up any sharp weapons like knives; he'll only pick up [[TechnicalPacifist blunt weapons]]. Because of this, Evan is practically [[NeverBringAKnifeToAGunFight useless at long ranges]], making any open-ended level with Evan a '''nightmare'''. Although he can use any weapon upon activating his rage mode, getting the best score possible is only feasible if you stick with his normal mode.

** The ''Jake the Snake'' mask makes any thrown weapon lethal as long as it carries momentum. What this means is that while wearing the mask, any weapon you grab can be used as an impromptu one-shot gun with an extremely wide scope that is completely silent and can [[OneHitPolykill mow down an entire crowd of mooks]].

* SuspiciouslySimilarSong: Youtube commenters have noted that ''Dubmood's Richard'' (Plays in ''First Blood'') resembles the music that plays when ''Film/TheTerminator'' escapes the police station with Sarah Connor. * ContestedSequel: There has been debates over whether the game is as good as the previous game or a step in the wrong direction. Is the plot [[TrueArtIsIncomprehensible too sane and easy to follow]], or [[MindScrewdriver a welcome explanation for the madness of the first game?]] Did the game explain the weird events from the first game too much? Most prominent, however, is the debate on the issue of difficulty and level design, with many detractors claiming that the more wide-open design of the levels invokes FakeDifficulty, with enemies that can't be seen and tons of windows for people to shoot you through as opposed to the corridor-like stages of the first game. Fans of the game, however, appreciate the more in depth playstyles that several of the characters provide, with more DifficultButAwesome characters than the previous game, and feel like the setpieces each level takes place in feel more in depth and varied than the constant Russian mobster killfests the first game consisted of for two thirds of the game.
