With Huey again supporting Fenton to essentially take the law into his own hands with his superhero work, it would have been interesting to see how the police would've responded to someone deciding to play vigilante.

* AccidentalInnuendo: According to Frank Angones' tumblr, those names Mark Beaks wrote all over his wall, combining his name with Gizmoduck's, was supposed to just be him coming up with the name "Waddleduck." [[SeparatedByACommonLanguage His target audience]], however, read them as {{Portmanteau Couple Name}}s.

I really don't understand what your problem with Huey is but you are reaching. First of all, without Huey, Fenton stole the suit, used it without permission, was controlled by Mark Beaks, put it on to save his mom and Huey. Secondly, after the Gyro scene you mentioned, Huey spoke to Fenton twice. Once when he was working for Waddles and the only thing Huey did was tell him that he was a sell out which is not very encourging. Then when Fenton already had the suit on, he helps Fenton not blow up. There was only one toxic friend and that was Mark Beaks, Huey only gave advice. Not to mention all Huey could have done was tell his uncle which Gyro would have done so already or tell Fenton not to keep using the suit without his boss permision if he knew that Fenton wasn't doing that. For all Huey knew Gismoduck and Gyo were equal partners, he had no idea that Gyro was Gismoduck'sbosss.

** And while we're on that note, Huey's constant encouragement of Fenton to defy orders and be a superhero on his own terms makes Huey fall into this trope as well. In fact, with his pushing of Fenton to continue his heroics and disobey Gyro, Huey comes off like a ToxicFriendInfluence.

Huey may not know that Fenton stole the suit, but even before that he saw Gyro scolding Fenton for using the prototype suit for active field tests rather than experimentation in the lab.

* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot: Gyro and Huey mentor Fenton in different ways - Gyro tells Fenton not to rush into superhero work, while Huey encourages Gyro to follow his heart and be a hero. Gyro and Huey never end up debating with each other about how Fenton should be utilizing the Gizmoduck suit. Especially frustrating, as their opposing demands pull Gyro in different directions and they both end up yelling at Gyro when he fails to please either of them.

However, given that Scrooge was threatening to cut his funding as a result of the problems his previous inventions caused and the suit was creating a lot of collateral damage during the episode, Gyro's actions instead come across as completely understandable.
