** One episode has a ImagineSpot with Cow marrying ''both'' Flem and Earl and spending the rest of her life happy with them. It's similarly played as a joke, but obviously any person or culture that accepts polygamy would

** "Journey to the Center of Cow": Cow accidentally swallows Chicken, who spends much of the episode paddling a river of acid inside Cow's four labyrinthian stomachs, encounter different enzymes of different intents, and in the end, not only does Red Guy (as a doctor) sacrifice his own life to save Chicken, he attends a disco rave with the enzymes. Wut?[[note]]Okay, ItMakesSenseInContext. Kind of. Cow's forth stomach is depicted here as a night club, but the doctor says that, once Chicken goes in, there's no coming back (ie, in a less absurd situation, he'd be digested). However, it turned out to be a pretty cool place.[[/note]]
** "Intelligent Life?": Cow somehow builds a milk-powered rocketship out of cardboard boxes and metal trashcans, lands on a planet composed entirely of mud, meets Red Guy who claims to be an alien, brings her home where she's treated like a god, then later becomes a jean model (oh, and she models jeans to the same disco music from the above-mentioned rave)... [[AllJustADream then Chicken turns off the TV and comments how stupid that show was]].

** It might be a stretch to call this show "queer positive," as any and all gender-bending references (PronounTrouble, cross-dressing, {{gonky femme}}s--including women with five o'clock shadows--and inverted gender roles) are played for [[QueerPeopleAreFunny inherent absurdity]]. However, because the show depicts these [[LikeRealityUnlessNoted so matter-of-factly]] and none of the characters InUniverse [[ShowDontTell react to them with disgust]] or treat them as abnormal, it retroactively comes off as a reasonably tactful depiction of gender nonconformity, which is not something you can say for most pre-[[TheNewTens 2010s]] works which rely almost entirely on gay jokes. It helps that [[EqualOpportunityOffender both masculine and feminine stereotypes are equally played for comedy]], regardless of which gender is displaying them, and everyone is already so ugly that the show is clearly not playing favorites. A notable example is after the Red Guy left an egg in Chicken's bed, he comes to the conclusion that he's a girl - and while it's played for absurdity, given how quickly everyone accepted Chicken as a girl does come off as surprisingly accepting of the transition.
** Sergeant Weenie Arms telling Chicken, Flem and Earl that "real men aren't afraid to play with sissy dolls!" is played for {{irony}} (ie, that this {{testosterone poison|ing}}ed DrillSergeantNasty is telling his solders that the manliest thing they can do isn't shaving with rocks or sleeping on a cold ground, but playing with dolls). Today, the manliest of men wholeheartedly embracing something distinctly feminine, much to the confusion of his followers, who just wanted total machismo, comes off as a genuine satire of toxic masculinity.
** One episode has a ImagineSpot with Cow marrying ''both'' Flem and Earl and spending the rest of her life happy with them. While similarly played as a joke, when viewed today, it comes across as an unassuming depiction of a polyamorous relationship, something that's become far less taboo since the late 90s.

* UglyCute: Cow. The show bends over backwards to make her seem vulgar and disgusting, but she's such a CheerfulChild that it's easy to find her more adorable than anything else. Chicken is also this to a lesser extent.
