And heck, if you've ever seen film posters in general and 5000 images (both official artbooks and fan art) of this series alone, you'll know that only official merchandise ever has that level of quality & detailing!.]] Those are the facts...all conclusions and arguments based on this are better reserved for YMMV. But this troper (and many others) found it a CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming.

Even if it is officially stated to be the true ending it likely would have been appreciated a lot more ''animated in the actual movie''.
