* HighTierScrappy: Among low-ranked players, Raigon is hated due to his long-lasting Parry that reflects projectiles and stuns anyone who hits him in melee, and due to his Ultimate that deals damage in a large area and makes him invincible for its duration.

* LowTierLetdown: Among high-ranking players, Raigon is hated due to his lack of good escapes, and because players at this level have learned to avoid hitting counters and consider Ultimates AwesomeButImpractical, mostly nullifying the above complaints.

* PopularWithFurries: Presumably the reason Blossom seems to have more fanart than the other champions. Her [[CatGirl Winter Kitty]] and [[LittleBitBeastly Desert Traveler]] skins help.
* TierInducedScrappy: Raigon fits both high and low tiers:

** When the Halloween 2017 event rolled out, fans were disappointed to find out Halloween chests could only be bought with premium currency (they could be bought with in-game currency the previous year), that the event only allowed players one free chest, and that event items could not be obtained from normal chests or bought with tokens. Stunlock Studios immediately noticed the feedback and clarified that the event quest would be repeated weekly, and made it so event items could be bought with tokens (although at double the cost of a normal item). The next event, Prehistoric Mania, turned the basic Silver tier of chests into Prehistoric during the event, somewhat bringing back the ability to buy chests with in-game currency.
** After fans complained about Battlegrounds mode and the removal of Casual queue, Stunlock Studios marked Battlegrounds as Beta, making it clear it was an experiment, and reintroduced Casual Arena.

Internet Backdraft is now Flame Bait and being dewicked per TRS.

* FriendlyFandoms: With ''VideoGame/{{Paladins}}''. When the announcement of ''Paladins''' "Cards Unbound" update caused ''massive'' InternetBackdraft, several players decided to switch to ''Battlerite'', noticing that the two games are similar in many ways. The ''Battlerite'' community welcomed these new players with open arms. Even when "Cards Unbound" was later removed and many of the disgruntled players came back to ''Paladins'', some still play ''Battlerite'' as well.

* HilariousInHindsight: Back in ''VideoGame/BloodlineChampions'', many players called the characters "champions", [[InsistentTerminology despite the in-game knowledge base referring to them as bloodlines]]. This was certainly because of the title and probably because of ''VideoGame/LeagueOfLegends''[='=] rising in popularity while it used the term for its characters to keep it distinct from ''VideoGame/DefenseOfTheAncients''[='=] heroes (likely not helped by how marketing would refer to ''VideoGame/BloodlineChampions'' as a different form of MultiplayerOnlineBattleArena).
