** This one needs a bit more explaining, as it's actually somewhat more subtle than most Take Thats. The two characters do have similarities, such as having a wife and daughter and being betrayed by their fellow deities, but the actual TakeThat is that Asura doesn't have to be a complete jerk to be awesome, in that unlike Kratos, he legitimately cared for his family as long as he had known them, and never got drunk with power.
