* SpecialEffectsFailure: In the opening, Slade is training Oliver, and points a pistol in his face. The shot is noticeably a "flopped image", i.e. the original shot has been mirror-reversed along the vertical axis. It's noticeable because Slade's distinctive facial scar suddenly changes positions as he points the gun, and the gun switches back and forth between his hands between shots.
