* MagnificentBastard: The leader of the Diaper Gang veers back and forth on this trope. Not only does he manage to outwit and kill the indestructable cop, Geko, by disguising one of his minions as himself and sniping him from afar as he's caught off guard, he also manages to take over half the city, break Dr. Strange out of prison and use his abilities to create mutant super-soldiers from his minions, and practically decimating the Chief's army right before his death at the hands of Aachi and Ssipak (and Geko).
