Added DiffLines:

* BullyingADragon: An unusual example in that Jacques wasn't a real-life fighter, but Raymond trained him into one ([[CombatPragmatist and also got him to hold a roll of quarters in his fist]]) to retaliate against the Wrestling/DynamiteKid's bullying. The confrontation resulted in Jacques knocking out several of Dynamite's teeth and breaking his jaw. Wrestling/BretHart [[CassandraTruth made a point of trying to warn Dynamite beforehand that the Rougeaus were pissed and looking to retaliate]], but Dynamite blew him off. Bret later admitted that Dynamite got what was coming to him.

Added DiffLines:

* CombatPragmatist: On Raymond's advice, Jacques held a roll of quarters in his fist when he finally confronted the Dynamite Kid. The quarters reinforced Jacques' fist so that his punches broke Dynamite's jaw and knocked out several of his teeth.

Added DiffLines:

* WronglyAccused: One reason the Dynamite Kid started bullying Jacques was because he thought Jacques was pranking him, even though Wrestling/CurtHennig was the real culprit.

Their ring gear often had stereotypical fleur-de-lyses on it. As their manager, Wrestling/JimmyHart wore some fleur-de-lys-covered outfits that were particularly obnoxious even for him.

The French lyrics translated to "We can't stand them/They are the worst in the world/We like to anger them when we say 'We love the USA'." This elevated what may have appeared to be a standard FunnyForeigner act to something nastier for the benefit of French-speaking fans.
