As might be expected, the eponymous hero fights crime in Gotham City, assisted by Robin and sometimes Batgirl, encountering the classic rogues gallery (including SelfDemonstrating/TheJoker, the Penguin, Riddler, Mr. Freeze, and Catwoman).
