[[spoiler:After the Tech Men disable Brick's and Mortar's weapons, Brick does manage to trip his opponents with a saving throw.]]

* TeamHandStack: Some endings of "The Breakout", including the one on the non-interactive version, have the Flex Fighters do this.

* DoomsdayClock: The aptly-named season two finale, "Doomsday Clock", requires Stretch and his allies to depower the villains' MindControl frequency before it reaches 100% power.

* DramaticIrony: In a flashback of Riya visiting her parents at their laboratory, Rook praises Riya as part of a generation that will help improve society in the future.
