* SpinOffBabies: The Spidey team, their superhero friends, and the villains all play middle-school versions of themselves, while still having adventures. Averted with some supporting superheroes like Iron Man and Hulk, as well as supervillan Sandman, all of whom are still adults (although Hulk is more of a VagueAge, and he was turned into a baby temporarily in the Season 2 episode "Li'l Hulk").

Added DiffLines:

** Hulk being the [[TokenAdult lone adult superhero in the cast]] at the time of the show's premiere (this is no longer the case as of Iron Man's introduction in Season 2) could possibly be an homage to how he made the most guest appearances compared to any other superhero in the older-skewing ''[[WesternAnimation/UltimateSpiderMan2012 Ultimate Spider-Man]]''.

** TRACE-E rounds out the ''WesternAnimation/SpidermanIntotheSpiderVerse'' references by both being spider-themed CuteMachines with the same color scheme (albeit the most obvious one possible) and sidekick to some incarnation of a Spider-Man.

Already in the respective folders in the "characters" section.

* AdaptationalAttractiveness:
** This version of Aunt May is depicted with a youthful-looking appearance. This generally follows the trend of YoungerAndHipper takes on the character in modern media, such as ''WesternAnimation/UltimateSpiderMan2012'', ''WesternAnimation/MarvelsSpiderMan'', and the ''Franchise/MarvelCinematicUniverse''.
** Since this is a preschool series, Hulk is more youthful-looking here than in any other universe, looking more like an overly dense bodybuilder than a fierce monstrous being. Compared to previous incarnations, Hulk does not have any of the excessive facial wrinkles nor body veins the big green guy usually has. Plus, his signature purple pants are in neat condition and are not torn at all. To put it short, this is among the most handsome-looking Hulks in Marvel history (not counting the ComicBook/TotallyAwesomeHulk).
* AdaptationDistillation: Since his debut, there has been no mention of Bruce Banner or the concept that Hulk isn’t big and green sometimes.
