** As corrupt and racist as Sgt. Yates is, even he doesn't like Karens. Randy tries to get Tolkien arrested because his family has a streaming service, even though Tolkien just came over for food and technically isn't doing anything. When Randy is explaining this to Yates, you can tell he doesn't want to deal with this crap.

** Gender changing surgery for pre-pubescent kids is spoofed. Liane is skeptical her son could get the implants until he reminds her "It's 2022." She has a brief look of horror on her face, but still refuses to give in and get them herself. It's later revealed Cartman used the threat of Cancel Culture to force the doctor to perform the surgery, a shot at Progressive persuasion techniques. Though, since this is Cartman, it could be a jab to those who ASSUME how those things work...However, since states like Oregon and California have legalized such practices in the same year the special aired, the implication is not too far off.

Misuse. Noodle Incident is when a previous incident is alluded to, but not explained

* NoodleIncident: In order to get the doctors to go forward with the Breast Implant Surgery, Cartman used the threat of "canceling" them if they refused, but we never get to see said threat, [[TakeOurWordForIt only Liane's line about it AFTER Cartman's surgery]]. It is debated on whose on the recieving in of TakeThat that is spoofing the situation.
** Gender changing surgery for pre-pubescent kids. Liane is skeptical her son could get the implants until he reminds her "It's 2022." She has a brief look of horror on her face, but still refuses to give in and get them herself. Cartman's alleged used the threat of Cancel Culture to force the doctor to perform the surgery, a shot at Progressive persuasion techniques.
** People who use "Cancel Culture" on wild assumption. By now, Eric Cartman has been shown to lie, manipulate, and sabotage others to get what he wants. He has taken gross advantage of rules and special exceptions (like claiming to be being trans for special bathroom rights, using school morning announcements to run political attack ads in forms of questions, and faking mental handicaps to either 'cheat' at Special Olympics or make Anti-Semitic statements without punishment). He also tends to act out on reckless and ill-inform impulses (his surgery here is a good example of that). And considering how "Cancel Culture" itself being a broad and generalized term, used mostly by people who see themselves as victims in a changing world, it does seem easy to see someone like Cartman would "think" what Cancel Culture is about and use it to his advantage.
*** Plus: Having someone like Cartman to "advocate" the existence of "Cancel Culture" isn't going to do any real favors. If it was someone like PC Principal, it might have a different edge to it to make a proper jab at it.
*** Also keep in mind: This kind of surgery was meant for children who WANT to transition for the sake of it, while Cartman did it as an attempt to get his mom to have the implants.
