It turns out that Sette herself can control memories of any kind, whether they be Red Eels which are concentrated painful memories, or Duane, who as a soul attached to a rotting body animated by a pymaric device, is essentially a giant bag of memories. Duane is immediately horrified by the implications of this and what it means for his personal agency.]]
