The Rifters is a fantasy webcomic hosted at Indoor Empire, by Jessica Richards and Simeon Osborn (as per the site FAQ).
It follows a group of five friends in a world where strange rifts have been opening up. These rifts change the land around them to reflect whatever is on the other side. The five friends, self-appointed heroes, decide to close all the rifts, which involves jumping into the rift and closing it from the inside by finding another rift. The rift worlds are all distinct, unique places, so there's a lot of varied settings.
The most recent entry can be found at http://www.indoorempire.com/the-rifters-main. It updates two times a week, on Wednesday and Friday.
