''Tag Dream'' is a ''Franchise/TouhouProject'' [[{{Yonkoma}} 4koma]] series on Danbooru and Pixiv based heavily on ''Manga/{{Kinnikuman}}'', and thus is centered around a tag wrestling tournament. It is one of the longest running ''Touhou'' 4komas ever, with currently just over a thousand strips.

* ScheduleSlip: It has seemingly stopped updating with there being previews of new books on Pixiv. This implies it might have gone doujin only akin to the similar themed "Gensokyo Tag Tournament", something of bad thing to the western fanbase as such doujins aren't usually scanned.

Despite being based on tag-wrestling, the 4koma is very accessible to non-wrestling fans due to its huge doses of comedy and {{Fanservice}}. in fact, a good portion of the strips are SliceOfLife. True to Touhou fashion, almost all characters are quite sociable or at least non-hostile outside of the ring, and the long interludes between tournament rounds focus on the wacky hi-jinx the cast has going on.

!!The series, in addition to the usual VideoGame/{{Touhou}} tropes, contains examples of:

* BoringInvincibleHero: Red 75% (Remilia and Reimu), despite being one of the only teams to not blatantly cheat or commit Heel acts to some degree, is disliked by many fans simply for being seen as this. It doesn't help when [[spoiler:Kirisame Familia (Marisa and Nitori) unleashed a constant but ''hilarious'' barrage of cheating against Red 75% that set them up as Wrestling/EddieGuerrero-style faces...only to get [[CurbStompBattle curbstomped]] without Reimu even taking any damage]].
** Some Danbooru readers are starting to rethink this position now that it's dawning on them that a masters vs. servants match (the above team vs. Sakuya and Suika) is a real possibility for the final.
*** Others, especially those who find that matchup less than compelling, feel that it would even further illustrate them as the BoringInvincibleHero team.
*** In the latest strip, this has gone UpToEleven as Reimu goes about perfectly copying other character's attacks to great effect. There's been Ass pulls in the past, but never something like this.

One day Yukari reads the wrestling manga Kinnikuman and is inspired to host a tag-wrestling tournament of her own. As news of the exciting new event spreads, alliances are quickly formed as the denizens of Gensokyo gather to brawl, be it for riches, glory, and excitement, or out of sheer boredom. The ring is manipulated by Yukari to disable powers and danmaku, the bread and butter of Gensokyo's combat. In a new battlefield with an unfamiliar battle style, which team shall be the last standing?
