Saffron and Sage is fantasy/comedy webcomic written by Daniel Kelly, who also created Lord of the Hare, and drawn by Sofia Lopez.

The story follows a knight named Saffron and a talking Fox named Sage traveling together on a quest to save a prince that’s been abducted by a nymph. Our duo is quickly added to by two others: ([[SmallNameBigEgo Self proclaimed]]) World’s greatest adventurer Coriander and former priestess Liri. But there are many dangers before they can reach their goal. The series began October 15th, 2016 and is currently ongoing.

The comic can be found [[http://sage.saffroncomic.com/ here]].

!!This webcomic contains examples of the following tropes:
* AccidentalMisnaming: Saffron and Liri are the only ones who seem to get Corianders name right. Sage doesn't even seem to remember what it is.
--> '''Sage:''' Good thing we have the legendary adventurer... You.
* AnachronismStew: Despite taking place in a fantasy setting there are a few modern elements here and there. Such as Liri wearing a modern bikini at one point or the spa the group stopping at looking like a non-fantasy spa.
* AnAxeToGrind: Saffron's weapon of choice is an enormous axe.
* AttentionDeficitOohShiny: Liri. She's on the adventure just to have a good time and is easily sidetracked.
* BaitAndSwitch: One comic ends with a mysterious stranger walking through a crowd. [[spoiler: Only for the stranger to be pushed out of the way by Coriander in the next comic as him and Liri are introduced]].
* BottomlessMagazines: Cinnamon's bow has an endless amount of arrows. [[JustifiedTrope Justified]]/{{Handwaved}} by it being a magic bow.
