''Waldo The Movie'' is a parody trailer of the ''Literature/WheresWaldo'' book series, in the style of an action-thriller movie. It tells the story of Agent Waldo, the retired top agent of an unnamed spy agency who is brought back for one last job of standing in a large crowd of people... until he snaps.

Now on a rampage, Waldo uses his unmatched skills of hiding in plain sight to take down the agency that created him, its agents trying desperately try to find him before he finds them.

The video was made by Alex Goyette (who also plays Waldo) in 2012, and can be viewed [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGMrc3ozMhs on YouTube]].

!!Tropes in this video include:
* AdaptationalBadass: The central conceit of the video and the source of much of the humor. Instead of being an ordinary guy who wears a distinctive outfit while standing in crowds, this Waldo is a highly trained secret agent who gets into gunfights and blows up cars... and also wears a distinctive outfit while standing in crowds.
* AllThereInTheScript: They aren't referred to by name anywhere within the video, but the credits in the description reveals that the two agents who hired Waldo are named Johnson and Williams.
* BondOneLiner: After killing someone who points at him and jokingly proclaims that he found Waldo, Waldo says deadpan, "No, I found you."
* BriefcaseFullOfMoney: When Waldo initially refuses to do the job and says he's long since retired, one of the agents talking to him opens his briefcase to reveal it's full of money. That ends up being enough to convince Waldo to take the job.
* EveryCarIsAPinto: Among a variety of quick shots of contextless action at the end of the trailer is a car exploding for seemingly no reason.
* MythologyGag: When the various agents are meeting to discuss what they know about Waldo and how to take him down, the information about him displayed on the wall includes his picture from one of the ''Where's Waldo?'' books instead of an image of the actor.
* NoodleImplements: Used as a visual gag. While the camera pans over a variety of weapons that Waldo is readying, among them are a cartoonish scroll tied with a red bow and a bright green snorkel.
* OneLastJob: The trailer kicks off with Waldo being convinced to take one last spy job because the agency desperately needs him, with him making it clear that he'll be returning to retirement in the countryside immediately afterwards.
* PreAssKickingOneLiner: At the end of the trailer, one of the agents searching for him desperately yells "Where's Waldo?!". Waldo then appears behind him and says "Right here." before lunging at him.
* RealTrailerFakeMovie: There's no actual ''Where's Waldo?'' movie, much less an R-rated one with the titular character as the villain.
* RogueAgent: Waldo becomes one, going on a rampage and shooting civilians in a crowd after someone says that they "found Waldo" while pointing at him, with the rest of the trailer focusing on him arming himself and playing cat-and-mouse with other agents. It's not explained what he wants or why he's trying to take out spy agency that hired agents, except for speculation that he "finally snapped".
* ScaryShinyGlasses: When doing a DramaticGunCock with a shotgun, Waldo is lit so that his characteristic NerdGlasses become this.
* SeriousBusiness: Waldo's ability to stand in large crowds of people (not necessarily unnoticed, but just... standing there) is treated by everyone involved as an impressive skill that makes him a highly dangerous agent.
* VehicleVanish: Waldo does this with a bus when his skills at disappearing are being discussed.
