When the queue started moving, they were funnelled into the front of the auditorium, and were shocked at what just happened; they were only meant to be in the general crowd, and but got right at the front because of this trope; the acted confident, and since the tech crew never bothered to check their tickets of the super fans and had assumed only such people would arrive six hours early.
