While Ganondorf feigned swearing loyalty to the King of Hyrule to get close to him, his lackeys attack a site in a forest, with one of them, Natascha, sending his spirit to the Sacred Realm to make contact with the Triforce, splitting it into its pieces of Power, Wisdom and Courage, with Natascha claiming the Triforce of Power while Wisdom and Courage go to Zelda and an unsuspecting Link.

Returning to the material world, Natascha prepares to commit ritual suicide in order to transfer the Triforce of Power to Ganondorf... but suddenly refuses, using the relic's power to overwhelm his now former allies. Alas, Ganondorf's [[TheDragon Dragon]] Bill defeats him and ends the traitor's life.

One of the soldiers guarding the site had escaped during the battle and alerted the king to Ganondorf's treachery. Though Ganondorf was subdued, Bill slew Natascha before he could be hauled away, and Ganondorf, endowed with the Triforce of Power, overpowers the soldiers and throws the king to his death. With Hyrule Castle captured and Princess Zelda under guard, all that remains is for Ganondorf to eliminate the one person who can stop him: a hero called Link, who hails from Kokiri Forest.

Link awakens in Hyrule Field the next morning with his [[{{Flanderization}} annoying]] [[ExpositionFairy fairy companion]] Navi yelling at him to get up and return to Kokiri Forest to see the Great Deku Tree, who wishes to speak with him. Fastening his belt, putting on his cap, and putting his sword on his back, Link sets off on his journey.

In terms of genre, the film is mostly a spoof comedy but with some sincere efforts to make it feel like a movie. Scenic shots of forests and mountains take center stage in the opening credits, epic-sounding music, and despite the many comedic skits, there a few serious moments along with entire battle scenes to further the conflict.

Easily considered an obscure but beloved passion project from the fandom's earlier days.

* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Like the games, Tingle is a middle-aged man that believes he is a fairy, though this time it's taken up a slight notch since he specifically believes to be a fairy ''from the moon''. He also has a few more interesting habits like eating Rupees and drink over thirty-six bottles of [[DrunkOnMilk alcoholic milk]]. The Rupees may be a bit justified though since in one scene, they look a little like the fruity Gushers snack, though Link's shocked expression says it all.
* CriticalAnnoyance: Link can actually hear the beeping noise that plays when he's low on hearts, which happens after he's brought down to a single heart after an attack by TheUndead. He even covers his ears and screams in frustration, though the sound doesn't stop until he heals himself with a magical mask.

* DeadpanSnarker: A good number of people, if they aren't embodying some wacky quirk, are just '''done''' with everything going on around them. Bill is a notable example as he snarks back at Ganondorf with clear annoyance, yet Ganondorf regards Bill as his most loyal minion, calling him "a good man" many times, and even [[ThisMeansWar swearing vengeance against Link in his name]] when the hero kills him.

* TheDragon: Bill is Ganondorf's right-hand man and singlehandedly his most competent henchmen, from taking down the original Natascha for trying to keep the Triforce of Power for himself, to giving Link a hard time when they fight. In fact, Bill's death is the core reason why Ganondorf attacks the Kokiri in ThisMeansWar below.

* ExpositionFairy: Mocked [[PlayedForLaughs for laughs]]. Navi and Kaepora Gaebora are {{Flanderized}} into embodiments of their respective memes that portray them as annoying chatterboxes that not even Link wants to put up with them.

* WhatTheHellHero: Saria vents at Link about how he never stays at Kokiri Forest for very long, but relents and just asks him not to forget where he came from.

** Double-whammy in "D-d-d-duel For The Master Sword" where a dude who wants the Master Sword whips out a (homemade) Duel Disk, acts like he's in a ''Franchise/YuGiOh'' anime, but plays with ''TabletopGame/MagicTheGathering'' cards, including a spam of Plains land cards. What stops it being a total CurbStompBattle on Link's part is that the Duelist does have monsters to summon.

* AmericansHateTingle: Defied. Tingle owns a pizzeria, kicks ass at ''VideoGame/Halo2'', and gets rid of [[TheScrappy annoying]] [[ExpositionFairy Exposition Fairies]] that don't know how to shut up, like Navi and Kaepora Gaebora. * IKnewIt: Natasha's method of entering the Sacred Realm, stabbing a sword into a special spot on the ground and their spirit traveling there, would appear a few years later in ''[[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaSkywardSword Skyward Sword]]'', when Link entered Silent Realms by stabbing his sword into the ground at certain spots, and obtaining all three Triforce pieces by doing this in the Sky Keep.

** Ganondorf's minions, having nothing to do until Link shows up, pass the time playing ''VideoGame/Halo2'' and ''VideoGame/SuperSmashBrosMelee''.
