''Aventures'' is an RPG campaign organized between five french [=YouTubers=]: Mahyar as the [[GameMaster GM]], Krayn as [[OurDwarvesAreAllTheSame Grunlek Von Krayn the dwarf]], LetsPlay/BobLennon as [[PlayingWithFire Balthazar Octavius Barnabé the fire mage]], [[WebVideo/JoueurDuGrenier Fred]] as [[KnightTemplar Théo De Silveberg the inquisitor]], and [[WebVideo/JoueurDuGrenier Seb]] as [[MakingASplash Shinddha Kory the half-elemental rogue]]. In season 2, [[spoiler:Fred]] plays a new character - [[ThePaladin Viktor Oppenheimer the paladin]] -- after the supposed death of [[spoiler:Théo]] in the season 1 finale.

* SpellMyNameWithAnS: Due to the nature of the game, most of the characters and places' names are only said out loud, and thus the names are often butchered and written inconstantly in the fanbase until WordOfGod writes it in the description of a video or on their social accounts (the fact that these are [[LawOfAlienNames fantasy and sci-fi settings]] doesn't help either).

* KickTheSonOfABitch: Shin finishes off [[spoiler:Sister Maeda]] before [[spoiler:she]] can screw up their plan in [[spoiler:her]] last breath. Although the group spent a lot of time attempting to [[spoiler:her]] life, killing [[spoiler:her]] while on the ground in front of everyone was a little too much even for Viktor.

* HeroesWantRedHeads: Invoked in a ''Live'' when they had to choose between Meryle and Deolin.

* RightHandAttackDog: Inverted: that's 808's [[LiteralMetaphor left]] [[JustForPun hand]].

* ReluctantFanserviceGirl: Apple who always ends up in [[AllAnimeIsNaughtyTentacles awkward]] [[BadassInDistress situations]] despite being a competent ActionGirl. You can expect everybody immediately joking about all the {{doujinshi}} possibilities. Not as proeminent after she started to lose limbs and trash talk any NPC she encounters.

* BishonenLine: Shin affirms that Icy will eventually grow bigger and bigger, and secretly hopes that it will turn out to be a beautiful woman. [[AnythingThatMoves For reasons.]]

* ReligionIsMagic: In this universe, every aspect of nature can be considered sacred and has a church in its name. They are more or less "in charge" and [[ChurchMilitant militarized]] with several Paladins using ElementalPowers related to their Church. So far we have encountered members of the Churches of {{Light|EmUp}}, [[TheSacredDarkness Shadows]], [[BlowYouAway Air]], [[DishingOutDirt Earth]], [[MakeMeWannaShout Whispers]], [[MakingASplash Water]], and {{Blood|Magic}}. ([[SoulPower Death]] and [[ExtraOreDinary Metal]] also are their own elements but their Churches -- if they have one -- never appeared).

* MoralityChip: A watered down version of the trope. 808 has a politeness chip that forbids him to be rude. Also to not shoot non-combatants that are not Ewoks (apparently there is a [[AcceptableTargets protocol for killing all Ewoks that overrides that]]).

* LoadsAndLoadsOfRoles: Mahyar, as the GameMaster, plays all the {{Non Player Character}}s. Bonus points for actually giving them distinct accents and mannerisms.

** B.O.B. is a half-demon with pyromania and speaking in BadassBaritone when he makes demands. Even he doesn't want to be on Théo's bad side.

* PerpetualPoverty: At the beginning of the 4th live storyline, the party starts to wonder why they begin each of their journeys completely broke - especially after getting a priceless gem in their previous adventure - and if it has anything to do with Grunlek's (their accountant) [[ConspicuousConsumption heavy jewelry]] or Eden's brand new set of [[GoldTooth gold teeth]].
