Escape from Nevara was an OriginalCharacterTournament held on Website/DeviantArt.
It started around December of 2008 and ended roughly a year later.
The plot started when a [[LivingShadow shadowy being]], [[BigBad The Apparation]], kidnapped several dozens of people across multiple dimensions and trapped them in [[EldritchLocation Nevara]], a world based on emotions and memories. The people are then forced to participate in a tournament where the ultimate winner will be granted a wish, as well as their freedom.
The ultimate canon of the story followed the winner ([[http://corpse-face.deviantart.com/ Corpse-Face]])'s entries, and can be found [[http://corpse-face.deviantart.com/art/EFN-Audition-part-1-111520613/ here]]. However, Escape From Nevara was more of a collaboration between many talented artists and writers.
