* TeenageMutantSamuraiWombats: A semi-reoccurring in-universe show in the series is ''The Four Supersurfers''. From what can be seen of it, it consists of four coconuts wearing colorful bandannas that love to surf, eat pizza, and fight crime against the villainous Doctor Palmtree. The series is a favorite among Kid Fury, and it has three seasons and a movie.

* PleaseSubscribeToOurChannel: Starting with Series 5 of the webseries, endings of the show would be capped off with an ask to like and subscribe to the channel to watch more episodes in unique ways. It would change per season as well:
** Prior to Series 5, the "subscribe" incentive was simply an offscreen Enigma pointing to a button on a console.
** Series 5 and Super Spies series would have a character related to the episode at hand giving the comment, while also teasing the title of the next episode.
** Power Machines gave a looped line of Kid Kazoom asking for a subscription.
** Starting with the Kazoom Kids series, a unique banner per-series with a Kazoom Kid and [=SuperThing=] member of their team would have a repeated clip. Kazoom Kids has Badnilla and Mad Cone, Guardians has Gameglitch and E-Gamer, Rescue Force has Toolie Kit and Young Joe, Neon Power has Freestyle and Colorhead, and Mutant Battle has Birthday Boy and Berry Cream.

* NewspaperThinDisguise: The episode "Oculus Max's Tricks" has Smiley Spike attempting spy work on his own by hiding behind a newspaper. He admits he should have cut holes in the paper, as spying is hard to do this way.

** In the episode "The Rescue Force Against V-Rex!", Cashillion is summoned in the middle of a battle while showering. He's still in full armor and uniform while do, minus his cape.

* TrainingMontage: The episode "Kid Kazoom's Training" focuses on Kid Kazoom and Clowny, having gone to the hidden Zingy Isle to hide from the villains, working on Kid Kazoom's training to sharpen his still-weak abilities. At first the montage is a total failure, purely because Kid Kazoom's so terrified of letting the city down that he expects himself to have the abilities down in one go. Eventually, through practice, he grows far stronger and accurate in his abilities.

* MercyLead: Inverted in the episode "Assault At Kaboom City Bank". Agent Silverstar allows Goldhands a 15 second head start during their chase. It's hinted that since they've gone through these motions so many times, they've gained a semi-friendly rapport with each other. Plus, considering Agent Silverstar always catches the villain, the head start does nothing.

* ChainedHeat: This is the reason Pierce Right hates fighting against Puzz Left, his rival and brother, as seen in "When The Pieces Fit Together". When they get wedged together, they get wedged together ''hard''. It was to the point that Pierce Right had to be jailed up with his brother purely because no one could easily remove them.
* ChainsawGood: Metal Lord, the leader of the Danger Gang, is a living chainsaw with a large amount of destructive potential. However, since this is a kids' show, [[InverseLawOfSharpnessAndAccuracy his attacks never manage to connect.]]
* ChameleonCamouflage: Tag Black is able to blend into walls, apparently by covering himself in paint as an application of his ArtAttacker powers.

In "The Great Spying Mission", Professor K. interrupts Mr. King getting one with news of his latest plan. Notably, he's getting one while still in the middle of his office.
** Both Mr. King and Professor K. settle for simply just relaxing on the beach with the cucumbers over their eyes in "When The Pieces Fit Together", as seen when Puzz Left calls them. Notably, Professor K. wears them ''over'' his goggles.

* StealthHiBye: One of Enigma's specialties is the ability to suddenly disappear from a conversation without the other party realizing. Clowny has grown used to him doing it, to the level of mild annoyance.

* ThisLooksLikeAJobForAquaman: The episode "Bath Force Saves Christmas", has the titular hero as the only one that can help [=SantaThing=] save Christmas, due to his [[MakingASplash water abilities]] being the only thing that can negate the Spies' morality-hiding sunglasses, which have caused chaos for the Naughty and Nice lists.

* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: Of the two Puzzle Brothers, Puzz Left, the villain of the two, has the best relationship with their parents, being in frequent contact with them. The episode "When The Pieces Fit Together" has him criticize Pierce Right, his heroic brother, over not calling them enough.

* ProneToTears: Once he ends up in the true action of the fight, Kid Kazoom finds himself crying more and more often. This is a combination of low self esteem, brand new powers, and the fear he has over the fact that everyone is depending on him.
