* SatanicArchetype: Old Crumble Cranks seems to be this. Its not immediately apparent, as he mostly just looks like a large cartoon cat with a cigar, but when taking into account things like his *SlashSmile, unnaturally large size compared to even other characters, his dark underworld-like lair, and his unexplained skeletons and ghost he can summon around his lair (seemingly as minions), he seems eerily similar to a classic cartoon version of the Devil. The ghosts he has in particular are dead wringers of the damned souls the Devil is typically depicted to have at his beck and call.

*AmbiguouslyHuman: Or more like "Ambiguously Cat". It's kind of relative given the zaniness of the setting and city he lives near, especially with everything seemingly like something out of an inkblot cartoon from the 1930s. Even with that in mind, there is just something off about Old Crumple Cranks. Besides living in a dark foreboding cave, he is much larger than the the vast majority of other cats, can seemingly teleport from room to room in his lair (as seen when he chases the main characters of his episode) has a large *SlasherSmile at nearly all times, and has unexplained ability to summon ghosts and skeletons at his beck and call, not unlike depictions of the devil. He can even peel his skin back to show his skull without trouble (although this was a seen with another cat earlier in the episode, so its likely just cartoon logic.)
