* AnimateInanimateObject: It's like WesternAnimation/TotalDramaWorldTour but with sentient objects.

* FloatingLimbs: VR Headset's arms are VR controllers that hover around him.

* WeakenedByTheLight: Intense heat and sunlight affects Transformy's ability to shapeshift and makes him tired out easily. This is why Transformy didn't fare well in the desert for "Digging For The Truth".

* WorldTour: The appeal of OATW is that the contestants are able to battle in different, exotic locations in the object world. This is made possible with the hosts' passport and Octopus Hanger and Ctrl-Z's airplane in spite of the cast being delegated to decrepit third-class accommodations by the latter two.

* VoluntaryShapeshifting: Transformy's schtick is to shapeshift into anything and anyone under the sun although his transformations are always black-and-white colored like his default form.

* TyopOnTheCover: The show's name in the first episode's intro was spelled as "Objets Around The World" but was corrected in the following episode. Additionally, episode 2 is titled "Take to the Sky's" when it should be "Take to the Skies".

Loads And Loads Of Characters is no longer a trope

* LoadsAndLoadsOfCharacters: In total, there are two hosts, six contestants, two pilots and three villains excluding all those unimportant recommended background characters.

* SpinOff: In order to fill up the time between episodes, Object Knockout was conceived which starred the OATW pilots hosting their own version of the competition with a different cast presumably picked out of the passengers' list.

Conjoined twin brothers, Tele and Phone, enlisted six bored individuals to be their contestants in their around-the-world competition with their special, all-expenses-paid passport. The winner would receive the passport but outside the show, Mechanical Hand and his two henchman wants the elusive prize and would stop at nothing to claim it.

A SpinOff was released under the name of WebAnimation/ObjectKnockout with the main series pilots, Octopus Hanger and Ctrl-Z, hosting their own competition show.

!!The show contains the following tropes:
* ADogNamedDog: Substitute "Dog" with "Object" and it's the same thing.
* AnimateInanimateObject: It's like WesternAnimation/TotalDramaWorldTour but with sentient objects.
* ArmlessBiped: Paper Bag and Phone is a straight example while Corn Popper and Tele are inversions (With the former having arms but wheels for legs).
* EjectTheLoser: While not initially planned for one, the hosts let Transformy take the liberty of throwing the eliminated contestants out of the airlock to fall 30,000 ft. to their demise.
* LoadsAndLoadsOfCharacters: In total, there are two hosts, six contestants, two pilots and three villains excluding all those unimportant recommended background characters.
* MacGuffin: Tele and Phone's passport which allows the all-expense-paid WorldTour competition to happen and is given away as the grand prize. All the contestants want it and so does Mechanical Hand.
* TwoGirlsToATeam: Clipboard and Paper Bag are not only the two sole female contestants but also in the cast.
* TyopOnTheCover: The show's name in the first episode's intro was spelled as "Objets Around The World" but was corrected in the following episode.
* WhereTheHellIsSpringfield: The grass fields where the show began are undescriptive as well as the locations the cast travelled to given their generic names and backgrounds such as "The City" and "The Desert".
